If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I am posting about the location in Salado. Anyway, on November 10, 2020,I was traveling from Cedar Park to Arlington. I was on I-35.The speed limit is 75.There were several cars in front of me and they suddenly braked and switched lanes. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to see what they were avoiding. It was two dogs that for some hideous reason we're on the highway. I hit one. I was just destroyed. I was in the left lane and was able to pull to the shoulder. I do not know what happened to the second dog. After I was able to safely pull over to the right side of the highway, and exit, the first place I saw was Document Engine. Their door was locked. I knocked and Andy immediately opened the door. I told him what had happened and asked if I could come in. He said yes, of course. At that time Lisa came over, listened to the conversation. These people were so,so kind. I was devastated, not for my car, but for those dogs.My car was not drivable.They offered me water, told me that I could stay there as long as I needed. It ended up to be several hours. I realize this review is not about the business, but about the PEOPLE at the business. I did see what seemed to be 100s of thank you notes and commendations on their walls. When my husband finally showed up, Andy gave us some cool items that explained wat the business was about. I can't find the items right now, but know that they would be useful. Please check them out if you need document assistance. This review is by far the longest one I've ever done, but their kindness was extraordinary. They allowed us to keep my car in their parking lot until the tow truck came ,the next day. Especially when they get the printing done fast and it looks great! That's important to me, since I run a children's theatre program. I found a download I liked online and Jeremy was quick to communicate with me and assure me that the invitations would turn out beautifully, and they did! They even added a shimmer paper to my invites which made them even prettier. The best part of all? I was able to have these printed for about 1/3 of the price had I used an online wedding vendor. The invitations turned out so good that I went back to P&B print a few months later when I needed a table assignments sign!
