I tried to cancel a driving session due to being sick the previous day and because I didn't cancel 24 hours in advance they said I would still be charged. Mind you after that was explained I was more than happy to pay for the missed session seeing as that was my own mistake but when I called the office to clarify, the woman that picked up the phone was abrasive and rude.
