When the driver arrived, I was suddenly offered less than half that amount. I never signed over the title or a lien release, yet the driver loaded the car, removed my license plate, took my keys and registration, and refused to return the vehicle after I told him I did not agree to the new offer. I was pressured, misled, and left feeling helpless. The driver later admitted he falsely told his company that I had signed a lien release, which I absolutely did not do. The company has since ignored all attempts to contact them. I have filed a police report for theft and am pursuing the matter through legal and consumer protection channels. This business's practices are deceptive and predatory. I would strongly caution others from using GPS Towing.
