Never recommend this place. With all of the same bad complaints I am concern why things haven't changed. It appears the 3 are all in together. Misuse of my extended warranty. Tried to file a claim for the same work at the other mechanic shop ( River oaks - keep an eye for this place as well ) They work together. I felt misused and bullied as a women. Jordan just lid period. The work was never performed on my vehicle but they were making claims and being paid for work never done. - I worked with my credit union and extended warranty to assist me with getting my transmission done at a reliable shop. Jordan became dismissive after i accused him of fraud. I should have had a warranty for the supoosed work performed - after so many lies i was afraid to use that just got the work done somewhere else. Piss poor. If I could give zero stars I would. I schedule pick up service for an oil change for my Lincoln. On the DAY OF they canceled my service, saying it was a technical glitch. Yet they still could not facilitate my service request. The man apologized and rescheduled me for another day. That day came and went. I received no call, no pick up, no service. I went ahead and rescheduled my appointment(honestly something told me to just go someplace else). Nevertheless,  I didn't follow my first mind. Today; the day before my scheduled service appointment, Dennis calls me to tell me he can not facilitate my pick up request. What kind of third rate bush league operation is this? I thought when I got my vehicle, not only was I getting a quality vehicle but also a level of service not offered by its competitors. Clearly I was wrong! I was told that everything was replaced on my used vehicle before I purchased it in November 2019. I was crystal clear that buying an 8 year old Lexus RX350 was something I wasn't comfortable with because of the age of the car. But, I was told by SCOTT time and time again the car is pretty much brand new including tires, battery, brakes and anything that could go bad and that the car was immaculate and taken care of by an elderly couple. MOST OF THAT WERE LIES. Within LESS than one week the tire light was on and the oil light. They agreed to change the oil and said it was an oversight and said that they were sorry. So, they never changed the oil before I left the lot and said the tire was because of the cold weather air. More lies. When I took the car in for the oil change the service man assured me that everything was in tip top shape and replaced because I asked him. He said he generated whatever multiple page report that he has to when he plugs the computer part of the car in and there were NO issues. So basically, I was happy because they did fix the oil issue and filled the tire. For 5 months now I've been dealing with a leaky tire. That I can manage. Today when trying to help my elderly parents during these crazy pandemic times, my car would not start after errands with one of my parents in the vehicle. It was the battery. Got the vehicle jumped and made calls to Napleton and was told the day the car drove off the lot, it was my responsibility and because there is nothing in writing for replacement of parts. OF COURSE THERE IS NO BECAUSE I WAS TOLD EVERYTHING WAS REPLACED AND UNDER WARRANTY FROM THE PART MANUFACTURER. I'm at NTB now as I write this to the tune of $248 for a tire repair and new battery. This is not a new battery. It's decayed. Old. And from Auto Zone. Now I've been told the brakes are going to need to be replaced. Front and rear. I've put less than 2,000 miles on this vehicle in 5 months. I sent two people there to purchase cars. This is disheartening. Hopefully karma does the salesman Scott well who openly admitted he said things to make the sale. read more

maybe napleton lincoln blue island is good for lincolns. They sold me a dodge caravan and the engine light came on days later, it has not been a month yet. They could not service my vehicle because it was not a Lincoln but I purchased my vehicle from them. They sent me to Napleton Dodge chrysler on 172nd and Torrance ave. I made an appointment there, my vehicle was there 7 hours waiting even though I had an appt. They wanted to keep my vehicle over night, diagnose the issue which was suppose to be some electrical malfunctions or misfires and charged me 500.00 . This service was done march 26th and my engine light is still on. I cant speak with anyone at Napleton Dodge , cant get a hold of anyone. I purchased my vehicle from Napleton Lincoln March 10 and my engine light came on a few days later. I am very dissatisfied with Napleton Lincoln and Napleton dodge. Maybe somebody will actually reach out when they see this review. They know my number. I have called several times. I had a great experience with Scott and the rest of the team. I had done extensive research on the vehicle before arriving and was prepared to haggle. Test drive was thorough and painless to initiate. There really wasn't any haggling and I didn't pay close to sticker. Getting to a very good price was painless and they were even good natured about my attempt to squeeze even more out of them. I'm an businessman myself, if i can't speak "Hey let me take your name and number" give me till noon please. This guy interrupted me repeatedly, voided direct questions, was not interested in correspondence regarding dealer incentives, ignored the best way for me to get financing wit $2000 down and a trade in with moderate credit . I bought a 2010 Lincoln MKT in Aug. '10 and am having problems resolving an ongoing problem with the dealership, Napleton Lincoln in Blue Island, IL. I gave the salesman a list of must have options I wanted in the car and he found one in Wisconsin that met all but one option...the dual DVD headrest player. He assured me he could get that put in once he got the car in from WI. I had him bring the car in from WI, and before I took possesion of the car, he had the DVD players put in. When I picked up the car, I realized the DVD players weren't "dual", where two different DVDs could be played and viewed. I immediately brought this to the salesman's attention and he agreed the wrong one was put in. He said he would contact the installer and correct it. After numerous phone calls to him, he said the wrong DVD player was ordered and the correct one was on backorder. He said he would let me know when it was in stock. After about 8 months had passed and many phone calls later, All i got was the run around from him. I called the general manager and HE informed me they couldn't give me the correct DVD player because I didn't specify I wanted a DUAL player. The Dual player is the ONLY DVD option available...there was nothing to specify!!!!! There is only one player available as an option on the MKT (on the website, brochures, etc) and that is what I ordered and payed for. I was not charged less money for a lower model. I don't want a lower model, as I have a son and daughter with very different tastes in videos. The manager asked me to fax over any paperwork I had on the matter before he gave me the answer. I felt he was looking to see if there was anything in writing. All he had to do was ask his salesman and he would have had an account of what had been happening. I also contacted the Ford Motor Co. They all pretty much told me to stick it. Scott and Gene are liars and crooks, and I will never buy another Lincoln/Ford vehicle again! Asses!!!! read more

"Top notch service!!!" I contacted Dan in November of 2017 about the new Navigator, he was on top of why I couldn't find one anywhere yet. They weren't out yet!!! He contacted me a couple times about them before they were released wondering if I had any questions that he might be able to answer,which I did and he always had an answer for me. When they came out finally he contacted me, and we looked all over the area for the one I wanted which we couldn't find. I was hesitant on ordering one and when I finally did he helped make the process very easy. As a procrastinator, I waited till the last minute to order and when he found out the date I needed it by he wasn't sure he could get it done. He searched for one already in the process of being built and found one that he was able to change order on and now hopefully it will be here before I need it. I could have sworn I wrote a review a few weeks ago, but I can't seem to find it. Anyway, I purchased a 2009 Lincoln MKX Limited Edition SUV from them about 3 weeks ago. I was dreading the whole "used car salesman experience", but once my salesman (Scott) realized I wasn't as clueless as the average chick (32 year old Black woman walking into a car dealership alone = $$$) we got along really well. Overall, I had a great experience and most important, I LOVE MY CAR. I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely go back if I decide to upgrade (I don't think it can get any better than this car...it's GREAT). I don't know any of the other salesmen, but I had Scott and I really liked him. I realized the best thing you can do is research and read reviews. Car salesmen have an agenda, to sell as many cars as possible by any means necessary, we all know this. So it's up to you to do as much research as possible before you go in. I went in for a Service inspection on my car and it was awesome, the workers are very helpful, didn't have any problems. They filled my tires with air, cleaned the inside and got a car wash. I have been going to Napleton Lincoln Blue island for about four years now. I usually deal with Dennis or Mike in the service department. I like the way Dennis will try to find me discounts and savings on my service work and parts. I have even bought parts from the parts department and installed them myself. If there is any problem with a part or service, it has been either replaced or corrected quickly without any red tape. My only concern is inspection and diagnostics cost $149.00 which is applied to any repair needed. But, if it is a small issue or something you decide not to change, it is still a $149.00 cost. So, I always go with a definite plan or need for service and leave happy and satisfied with the cost and service. read more

I did buisness with a salesman named rick who lied about everything from initial contact...,he told me I would have several cars to choose from I only had two the first one motor was knocking the oil hadnt been change car hadnt even been inspected we had a verbal agreement for a thirty day warrenty they couldn't even fix the vehicle then basically he told me I didn't have any other choice but to take the next vehicle which was the very vehicle I expressed to rick I didn't want the transmission start slipping a week or so later I called rick for him to honor our agreement and, he acted like he didnt wnt his b to honor it at first till I called his boss then he called repeatedly leaving messages with a attitude saying u need to find you a ride and drop the van off so we can look at it.so i took my plates off and dropped it off.so now they have their van and they still tried to cash my thousand dollar check and charge me sixteen thousand for the vehicle they wil rip you off beware!!!!!!! read more
