ETS provided services to remove a 50' oak tree and trimming of two additional 50' oaks very near to our house with utmost professionalism and top of the board safety! As the job began, Anton, the crew lead arrived prior to his crew and met with me to discuss the scope of work, challenges, timelines and other aspects of importance. As the day long project continued, Anton made it a point to communicate to me of progress, timing and noted a couple logistics concerns with the nearness of our neighbor which was very helpful particularly in making sure what needed to be done the most efficiently would be ok to do. A simple call to my neighbor at Anton's recommendation put everything in place. From a technical perspective, the work was done without issue, the worksite clean and orderly when they left and no damage our unexpected results. Fantastic! I want to offer that Anton represented the company exceptionally well and to the point where I thought he may be an owner. We have had tree services before that left us pretty disappointed and having to project manage it ourselves, where with ETS and Anton in particular, provided the services from start to finish in a clean and clear 'turn key' approach. While we don't (and hope) not have more trees removed, if we do, ETS will be our vendor and Anton will be requested by name. He is outstanding in his field and professional as they come, if not more. Leo and his crew did an excellent job of cutting down 5 diseased maple trees, hauling them away, and grinding the stumps. (The trees suffered from verticillium wilt.) If you're looking for a tree removal service, we'd highly recommend them. I live in Prior Lake. Some specific comments: - Most of the trees were between my house and my neighbor's house, in a very tight working area. And one of the trees was very mature, well over 30 ft. tall. But they had no trouble reaching the trees using their hydraulic lift. All of the trimmed tree branches / trunks were dropped at the base of the trees -- they avoided the surrounding plants and flowers. Very impressive! - They did an excellent job of cleaning up all of the trunks, branches, and twigs. - The hydraulic lift and trunk carts had turf-friendly tires. No damage to my lawn at all. - Very prompt, professional, and easy customer service. When I first saw one of their trucks in my neighborhood, I called them for a quote. I'm used to having trouble getting a call-back, but they were out to my house within a couple days for an inspection and I got a quote the same day. Later when they finalized the service appointment, they sent confirmation emails about a week beforehand. I was able to ask questions via email, and I got responses same day. I got bids from 5 companies to trim 3 large trees. Leo at Easy Tree came in with the lowest bid, as well as being a pleasure to deal with, as compared to some of the high pressure sales pitches I got from the other companies. (One crew showed up with 2 trucks with trailers and all their equipment, to give a bid, and even though I was still getting bids from others, they insisted that they could do it NOW!! When I said absolutely not, they started Knocking on my neighbors doors looking for work!! And it turns out their bid was almost double that of Easy Tree!!) Anyway, Easy Tree showed up on time, Eugene got after the bigger tree, and Anton went after the other one, the rest of the crew started cleaning up limbs, and in about 2 hours they had everything done and cleaned up!! They had to reach over power lines, and between houses. You could hardly tell that they had been there, except that the trees looked so good!! Called Easy Tree Service for a quote on removing one large tree, (which was right next to a fence) and trimming 2 others. Leo came out to view the trees and gave me a quote to do the job and haul everything away. I was pleasantly surprised as it was much less than the other quotes I had received. The crew came out a couple days later (on time) to do the work. They were very professional and respectful of not to damage the fence or anything else nearby. They were on time, did the work quickly and cleaned up better than expected. The whole process from quote to finished job was quick and easy. We had such a great experience with Easy Tree Service, from start to finish! We saw them doing some work at a neighbor's house and were impressed, so called for an estimate. We live on a heavily wooded lot and have had multiple companies over the years help us manage the trees. However, we would always have an issue of whether they did not start on-time, finish when planned and/or leave a mess for us to clean-up. With East Tree Service, we did not have any of these problems and were very pleased with their work. I was very pleased with the service. They removed two very large limbs over our house, and took out two small dead trees at no extra charge. To get to one of the limbs, they had to drive their cherry picker into the neighbor's yard and take out a small tree to get it into place. They first talked to the neighbor and got his agreement, and they then removed some branches for him at no charge as a thanks for his cooperation. All in all, very professionally done. The person with the lift - Did a super job on being careful - It was fun to watch as he cut a small piece off the tree and continued down piece by piece - No damage to my landscape lights. We had Easy Tree out to clean up some storm damage. They removed 1 downed tree, one ash tree, and a portion of another damaged tree. They were able to work around our various gardens, and bird feeders. The one downed tree surrounded the bird feeders. Their work was excellent, and they cleaned up the area after removing all the trees. They do professional work and are very friendly. Cant believe how quickly and efficiently he agressively trimmed up HUGE ugly silver maple that is positioned in between fence and electric power line from post to house. Continued communication for scheduling - friendly, no problem. A very small tractor type crane that fit through our 3 ft gate was able to reach spots other trimmers could not reach on our large oak trees. They did great work. We have a very large Cottonwood tree that needed large limbs removed and others trimmed. Cleaned up the smaller clusters and hauled it all away. Bid came in significantly lower than another arborist company. I waited a year to complete and they did not raise the quote even with the recent inflation. They were not responsive by phone which was difficult for me, but did respond via email. read more
