But when I ask them to come back and trim my other tree, they didn't come when they said they would come; they kept putting me off, and after giving me lipservice, they just stopped answering my calls and texts. I attempted for months to contact them and have them trim my tree but to no avail. They just never came and stopped answering me. I finally had to go with a different company, which promptly came out and did what I needed done. So, the bottom line is, they do good work, but you have to really hound them to get the work done. If you are on any kind of a timeframe or require any sort of promptness, this is not the company for you.
