We told them we were going to cancel since that is not the agreed upon. THEY TOLD US WE HAVE TO PAY THE $200 CANCELLATION FEE. I shipped a BMW from California to Texas with EasyGo Logistics. Rick was responsive and gave me his phone # and was very good at communicating--also got the contact info of the actual truck driver. Car was picked up on time and delivered on a 18 wheeler in 3-4 days. Very satisfied with the service and a fair price. Don't fall for the low ball offers--they take your deposit, then call you with a higher price in order to book a truck. Terrible Experience from the Start. Talking with Maddie the "broker" was a slimy feel from the start, very Sales'ish and promising me the world to the point where I already knew he was lying. I will say he provided the lowest quote and only reason I went with them. Once I purchased and been promised the world, I awaited pick up of my car and the driver was on time. I communicated directly with the driver and all sounded good until the "stories" began with why they can't meet my delivery date now all-of-a-sudden. I got pictures of the drivers truck broke-down, I got stories that it's going to take days longer, stories that they're paying 3X the amount for the repair just to meet My Deadline. Then I'm told the truck is miraculously fixed (on a Sunday mind you) and they are back on track to drop off on-time? After all that?!?? Stress and messaging for hours, killing my weekend with these "new" changes for delivery! Finally, I'm told from dispatch which I've learned is the drivers Co-pilot going along for the ride and they work as a team messaging, be careful here! I'm now told that the driver has reached his clock hours for driving that truck and I need to drive to meet them at their warehouse 1hr away to pick up my car, that they cannot make it now. I argued and finally he said they will bring it, they just will load my truck on another truck and drive that here. After all of that lying and manipulating, the driver showed up and was very arrogant, was watching every move I made walking around the car as I checked for damage, he wouldn't even let me start the car to verify it ran until it was paid for his service. He felt like I was going to drive off or something slimy, kinda like they had treated me for the past 4 days long. Worst experience ever! I requested a quote from Easy Go Logistics to transport my vehicle from Indiana to Florida. I was quoted a price and agreed to ship my vehicle with them and paid them a $100 deposit. My vehicle was to be picked up per Easy Go on the 29th. Didn't happen. Then they said the 30th and it didn't happen. The person at Easy Go started making excuses saying it was the holidays and no driver's are working.. I told him I wanted a refund and have contracted the company that transported my vehicle last year. He called on Jan 2nd and started badmouthing the other company and said they are lying about having a driver. He kept on and on saying they were lying and he had a guy that could pick up the vehicle immediately. It is now Jan 3 and the vehicle was supposed to be picked up and on its way to me. My vehicle is still sitting in my driveway with clothes, medications, and daily necessities. Total scam. If I could give negative starts I would. Every bad review is true. If you are reading this because you are thinking to hire them, please don't. They are a bait and switch company. They give you a low quote, very aggressively make false promises to get you to sign a contract and give a deposit, then when the time comes up for the car pick , at the last minute a bunch of BS excuses, either they don't have a driver doing the route, and they have been "trying" for days to organize or the truck is broken, or both as it happened to me. Then they miraculously find someone who can do it but is now 4-times the price. They did this on the day of pick up, even though I called and messaged all week and I was told everything was ok. Of course this is their modus operadum. They wait to the last second to do this to pray on people who have no other alternative than accept the last minute change.
