I have seen offers that are too good to be true, but unlike a bad meal or dining experience, a bad choice in a moving company would leave me with years of looking at the results of my decision. I was helped by a new crew, but the service was the same, I reserved my crew for first thing in the morning, and I am never prepared for a move, but 3 men and two trucks arrived and helped my wife and I to make moving day a huge success. Their energy and good spirits were evident through out the day and the results were what I desired, no surprises. I have used Cross Country Movers before, and would use them again. I flew into Sacremento on a Saturday, and my car was at their terminal which was 15 minutes from the airport. Since it wasn't scheduled to be delivered until that Tuesday, they said I could come to the terminal and pick it up. Dispatched called out the driver, and they came out to meet me to pick up the car ( On a Saturday) Not only that, it was so hot outside, I asked if there was someplace I could get some water, and the driver handed me a couple of ice cold bottles, for myself and my dog.
