The checkout experience is quick and seamless. They have someone in the humidor with you answering questions. I was shocked at how deep one of the waitstaff was on the brands. I'm not sure what you call a cigar expert. There has to be a slick french name out there for it. Bourbon menu is a nice size. Drink prices are very reasonable. They don't serve any food yet. This was about the third time I've ever been to Good Karma. (Three times in about seven years. Guess that's not a good ratio. Ha ha!) Surprisingly, I thought their inventory was a hell of a lot better than the previous visit. The tobacconist on duty recommended the Buenaventura (6x60), which I have smoked before. Ended up grabbing four of them. (They were $6.75, which was as close to a budget smoke as I could find in here.) The smoke was absolutely fabulous and better than what I remember. The cigar burned even and had a great taste, which indicates a great humidor. The tobacconist on duty was also great at waiting on multiple customers at the same time without neglecting anyone. The cigars they offer are more local and off brand types. I didn't see any of the mainstream brands like Monte Cristo, Romeo y Juliet, etc. The bar is a full bar and prices are normal bar prices.
