I've had the pleasure of using Easyway Maids for my house and I can't recommend them highly enough! They were so quick to respond any time I needed to get in touch with them, even late at night. It's a small business and it seems like there is more leeway for them to do cool stuff and change things based on customer feedback. One thing to know is they have every-week, every-two-week service, and then one-time cleanings. It would be cool if there was a monthly option, but the weekly and biweekly come with a bunch of extra items like inside the fridge, oven, and windows etc. You can just book one cleaning at a time if you need, and it's still not much money. They arrived on time, I got an ETA text anyway. There's not much to say about the cleaning itself because it was fantastic. The best home cleaning service experience I've ever had. I've had about 4-5 cleanings done by Easyway and I've tried a variety of the add-ons and different cleaning options and fantastic results are given each time! The staff members are really polite and accommodating, as well. Today I had a standard cleaning done by Enrique and Whitney and they did AMAZING!! The last cleaning I had done was a luxury deep cleaning done by Daisy and Yesenia and my apartment was immaculate afterwards. I worked with Easyway Maids for a total of four cleanings for my Airbnb. The first cleaning, the did a less than satisfactory job, didn't complete, so Daniel had to send new cleaners to complete the second job, the next day and it was a decent clean. The second clean was with Daisy and Yisenja and they did a great job. So I used them again. The third time, after requesting same cleaners, Daniel sent a friend of his to step in. After the cleaning there were crumbs left on counter, dirt on the floor, and the stove wasn't cleaned adequately. I called the company, Daniel got back to me and offered me 50% off to write to him what I thought should be included in the "deep clean" vs "standard" so I took my time to do so. Finally the last clean, and why I won't use Easyway Maids is Daniel is simply dishonest. I wasn't there for final clean and asked him (per request) if Trash had been taken out...he said yes...it wasn't (see photos). I asked him if the cleaners were still at my house...he said they left....and they were still there...I set my house alarm on them...he claimed my washing machine was broken when really the cleaners had over loaded it, and demanded "I needed to call my property manager and take care of it." After i spoke with cleaners and found out that it wasn't spinning because she put all three of my bed's bedding/sheets in one load...there was no problem, but Daniel was quick to conclude it was my issue; and these are only a few examples. He is a "yes" man and will tell you anything you want to hear without having the facts. I will say Daisy and Yisenja did a good job on the last clean overall, but it wasn't without careful vetting. Daniel is unprofessional, aggressive, and a liar, and I can safely say that after working with them for months. See photos. I called Dan on Thursday afternoon needing a large move out clean for the next day. My other cleaners had cancelled. Dan booked me and worked around my move. On Friday, we had an ice storm and Dan let me know he might not be able to get a crew to me. He offered to call other cleaners. He called 10 places and ultimately found a solution with his own crew. The cleaners were lovely and so hard working. They were careful to get every part of the home shining. They also found our important family photos that were in an obscure cabinet. My mom moved to Austin a year ago and I'm not too familiar with the Austin area. Her place was starting to get cluttered and dirty (she doesn't have time to clean)so I looked for cleaning service that offers green cleaning services. I made an online booking off their website. The cleaning checklist they use is very exhaustive. One of the reasons we picked them instead of another house cleaning company is the infographic showing exactly what gets done each cleaning. It was nice knowing exactly what to expect from the maids. They have a window of arrival, and called in advance to let us know they were running 20 minutes behind from another cleaning. Not a problem at all, and it was professional of them to notify us instead of leaving us wondering. Their window is also 2 hours, which is significantly less than some of the other cleaning services on Yelp that I found. My mom really appreciates that. They did a fantastic job and hit every item on the list. The house looked great and we felt like we got our money's worth. I was not there during the cleaning, I checked after the fact. I asked the team to text me when they're close to being done, but they didn't. Maybe that was for the best, no awkward confrontation. The 1st team that was sent did not do a deep clean. But the 2nd team that was sent fixed it! :) I'm happy with the results!! It was a bit of an inconvenience to get it fixed, since I have to call them and take pictures, etc. Overall - my experience is great with this company. I had a lot of scheduling conflicts but they were patient and worked with me on the right time. There is a 24 hr cancelation/ reschedule window without penalty. The initial cleaning crew didn't seem like they wanted to be here. The young lady really cleaned my shower and had it looking brand new but other than a couple of walls being wiped down, that's all that was done for 3 hours and young man stated that he wasn't feeling well so they had to leave. I was really upset and kind of bummed because I had a party to host a on Saturday. I spoke with Lyssa and she apologized but I wasn't able to get anything done until today. They sent out Daisy Diaz and her partner did an amazing job! She was very professional, friendly, made sure I was satisfied and she listened to what I needed and made sure it happened. I asked if she would put on a mask, she didn't hesitate and didn't respond, "I've been vaccined". My house smells and looks really good. I wish this was the initial crew that was sent out. Please be aware of this company. I honestly feel like I just got scammed. I requested a move in cleaning and paid a lot of money for this cleaning. I left the crew to clean and they only spent about an hour at my place. The crew themselves were extremely polite and nice people. I'm not sure what happened or why when I came back to my apartment I found that hardly anything had been done besides minor cleaning here and there. When I called to express my feelings to the company service person, omg. I was basically accused of lying and exaggerating. I was told to send pictures of what I was talking about and never heard anything back. I am uploading pictures so you can see what $186.73 got. It got me a one hour cleaning, but I'm not sure what they did. Do NOT recommend. Please BEWARE Update: I was moving IN Not moving OUT and I had my furniture coming the next day. Which I told him. He said the earliest they could come was Monday. SORRY I declined because I have to WORK!!!! They would have RE cleaned my apartment but then charged me 70 dollars MORE on top of what I paid because my furniture was in my apartment now. I was referred to this maid service by a friend who uses them for the properties he manages and boy am i glad he did. No regrets at all! They have really fast customer support and are easy to get in touch with. The customer service was very polite and helpful and they had availability during the holidays, which was great because i was afraid i wasn't going to be able to find a service last minute. They gave me a 2 hour period and minutes before my time slot they called me letting me know they were going to be there in 15 minutes. This was great because I usually have to bug companies and ask when their coming but them calling me was a nice change. Two people came and it only took them about 3 hours to clean the who place. They we very professional and systematic and seemed to work very well together. After cleaning they did a walk through of the house with me to make sure I was satisfied with their job. And boy was I. They are the new kids on the block but they are getting it RIGHT! It seems I've turned into the designated person in my family to help with moving. When it came time to move Mom out of her second story apartment, there were two things that I wasn't doing: 1.) Carrying all her furniture down all those stairs. 2.) Cleaning. Anything. Really helped out in a pinch. I needed a cleaning service during move out since my building requires receipt of professional cleaning at the end of the lease. I ended up procrastinating on booking my cleaning and all the other big name services were booked solid by the time I called. Overall, I gave this service 1 star because the people who came to clean were polite and were able to vacuum up dust from the window shutters and clean the toilet well. I was taken by surprise when they arrived to my door smelling like smoke and the first thing the lady said was that her and the guys had come from a renovation project. I think she noticed my face of confusion when I opened the door. It goes against the premise of trying to get your place cleaned and smelling good when the cleaning folks smell like smoke. The only cleaning materials i noticed they brought was a spray (that i learned was a hospital grade germicide), some sort of mop, cleaning cloths, and vacuum. After they left I noticed that my floor was still dirty when i stepped on my wood floor and my feet had all sorts dirt on them. When i was inspecting the kitchen before they left, the lady who came said the germicide did not clean up grease so she did not clean my stove (which needed major cleaning). I thought this was part of the move-in cleaning service. I can't recommend this service at all, and I wouldn't hire them myself again. I had amazing cleaning ladies in my previous city, who took lots of pride in their work and left things spotless. Okay. So I'm waited around to leave a review because it brings up a lot of negative and angry emotions. Homeowners please advise this cleaning service using contractors. Meaning they contract a "team" and that team can basically bring in anyone they want to clean your home. This "team" that was brought into my home stole apple air pods and a significant amount of cash that was placed away (terrible decision on our part but we had just moved the week before into a new home and had cash that we hadn't deposited yet). We had used this cleaning service for months and had no issues and then we had a new team come In when we purchased our first home. So disappointed but it's only right to advise other people in the area of this experience. Easyway Maid Service (Lyssa) gave a flat rate based on the size of my house (2970 sq ft). They charged $208.65 over the phone and sent Josh and Angel, who did a great job though they worked slow (took 6 hrs). A man called a week later and said it took twice as long to clean as Lyssa thought and they wouldn't clean me anymore. When I mentioned the flat rate guarantee they had given me, he then said I made "Racial" comments about illegal aliens ( that is a lie. Angel was a sweet Black lady.) and comments about Josh being a man (I told him I never saw a man that knew how to clean as well as he did....a compliment). So, because they underbid (???) my house, they simply lied about what I said. And dumped me! They now have my credit card in their files and I have no recourse, but this review. I was visiting a friend in Texas a while back and it was definitely a crazy couple of days. It was really funny how we came across this cleaning service...my friend got an Airbnb and we sort of had a small gathering of people that turned into a larger crowd in a matter of hours... but besides the party shenanigans, we awoke to a mess that was a casualty of the party we threw. We had the Airbnb for a couple more days but we knew there was no way that we could clean the whole place up. We did picked up some trash around the place but when we called this service they really MAID it clean...lol. They showed up promptly and helped us clean up the place making it spotless and sparkling and they were so professional that they did a walk through with my friend and I to make sure everything was in order just the way it had been before the party hahaha. I was impressed with how impeccably thorough they were and it honestly looked like we never even threw a party to begin with. Homeowners, be advised, this company is a REFERRAL AGENCY for home cleaners. Maids are contractors, NOT employees. So, if the maid damages your home or personal property, Dan Olin (the owner) will deny all liability, hide behind IRS tax codes, and suggest that you, the customer, pursue seeking repayment/reimbursement directly with the individual maid, which is exactly what he did to me. And I'll give you one guess as to whether or not i was able to successfully collect money from the individual maid. Nope. Imagine trying to collect money from a complete stranger you allowed into your home one time with just a name and a phone number. The second I asked Dan to produce the contract between him and the maid and a copy of her valid liability insurance policy, I miraculously received a full refund from Easyway.
