I have worked with several cleaning services in my life and Guevara is the best. Shuree manages the cleaning teams very efficiently and proactively. She is always pleasant (I don't take customer service for granted), looks out for her team and her customers. My cleaning team is fantastic. Always cheerful (sometimes singing I think), efficient, thorough, and polite. My husband has never complimented a cleaning service before but he compliments Guevara every time. P.S. Review for painting side: We recently had our entire downstairs painted by the Guevara team, and it was quite a struggle to get the job done and left us with additional work after the fact. Summary: Ever and his wife (Ever does the painting and the wife does the cleaning side of the company) are very nice and personable people. They really tried to finish the job strong, but there was just so much prep work that didn't happen in the beginning - which left many areas still needing work. Details: There was little to no attention to details throughout the project; from sanding, filling holes, taking old hardware off in various places, taking down light fixtures, ect. After moving in, we have found more and more areas where corners were cut, and simple prep work was not done. This has left these areas still uncompleted, despite the 9k we paid to get the job done. Additionally, while I should have asked more questions, I felt the contract was misleading with exactly what was going to get done, which led to an additional 4k scope creep at the end of the job (the doors were not going to be painted, as well as half of my laundry room). Which is a big deal! Below are some areas that were simple to do correctly, but not addressed: - Painting over screws in the wall - Neglecting to remove light fixtures - Not filling in holes as needed - Unpainted areas/Not painting all the trim - Getting significant amount of overspray on our brand new 13k wood floors - Leaving previous caulking around various areas and painting over it I also struggled to keep trash picked up out of our yard while their crew was working on our home. There were constantly whataburger bags, coke cans, and to-go containers left all around our front yard, leaving even more work for us. While it looks good from afar, there are spots that still need work in every single room. This is not only frustrating, it has left us feeling like we overpaid, and with buyers remorse. If we hadn't been under such a time crunch, we would have switched contractors mid project. read more

This review is way overdue, but perhaps that is good because, since I have been a client for at least a year or more, I can be confident writing that this cleaning service has a history of being a steady, reliable, flexible and outstanding service! When I originally spoke to Shurre about having my house cleaned on a more difficult 3 week schedule, I had particular requests that were very important to me.....such as not to touch the heavy wooden blinds because they are very difficult for me to change them all back. Another request was to clean a 2000 sq ft house in two hours or less because of my age and medical problems. From day one I was impressed because they did everything the way I asked. (I had spent several years with two other services that just couldn't be flexible as my needs changed after asking several times.) I was beginning to think I would never find a cleaning service that would try to work with me until I finally found Guevara Cleaning. I have been so grateful for their help! I know a good cleaning service has a system and routine that lets them get through a house quickly and efficiently, but as time went on I had to ask for a few more changes, like cleaning one room first so I could rest while they worked on the rest of the house which they instantly agreed to. This way they could go about their work while I rested. Twice I actually fell asleep and, surprised, woke up to a spotless, quiet house. because they were already gone! I want to add that this is a family business which I believe is one reason that they really go the extra mile to please their customers. Often they are a bit early but don't enter until their scheduled regular time. And the few times they have been running late they send a text to give a new arrival estimate which is also very considerate. It is also comforting to have the same folks show up most weeks because they know my house and are used to the way I need it cleaned. I was so impressed with Guevara Cleaning that when the 2022 Calendars came out I called Shurre and scheduled my appointments for the whole year. One time, when they did have to change a day, I was happy to do that since they have been so helpful to me. And I can trust them to lock up the house if I have to leave. Finally, because of my health challenges, I seldom write reviews. When I do, they are always for exceptional businesses that consistently go above and beyond what is required. This family is definitely deserving. I'm just sorry it took me so long to do this review. So thank you, Shurre and family. The February 2021 freeze busted a pipe in our 2000 ft2 clinical office damaging every single room, it was an epic disaster. Ever try to find a contractor after a record breaking freeze? They're all booked out a week or more. This entire project shut everything down for NINE WEEKS! After getting emergency water evacuation, we hired a wonderful remediation company and were left with baseboard holes in every room and large sections of Sheetrock removed. So, I placed a request here to get several bids for bonded and insured painters and Sheetrock repairs, all of them professional and nice, so this was a tough choice. Ultimately I chose this company because of several things: The promptness of everyone, on my every request, the start time, the finish time and the relationship Ever (the owner) creates with his customers. He cares and it shows every step-of-the-way. There were challenges with our project--because of unexpected finds along the way, but Ever and his wife Shuree, took every effort to made me happy by investigating and getting professional answers. During the punch list walkthrough, we found some things I wanted fixed and they sent an invoice without the entire amount which I happily paid because, seriously the job was almost perfect, I was just picky. Our office was a brand new buildout in July 2019 and this paint job is far better, I got a higher sheen of paint because it's a commercial job, also I was able to change a few bad choices in the colors and their skilled painters and with paint amateur jobs show, these guys are professionals. They put light colors over dark or vice versa and it is perfect! Our job turned out so well that we hired them to do our cleanup and move-back-in after the wonderful flooring company finished our beautiful new vinyl flooring. Ever's family owned business, with his sister, brother-in-law, his wife and himself spent 12-hours cleaning and moving everything back in place. I only showed up the last few hours to guide them. Anytime I asked for something that concerned me Ever and his wife Shuree obliged me and voila it was done. This was so easy, sigh... In life, you hope to meet honest, hardworking and genuine people especially in business deals and certainly during a crisis. When you do, it gives you faith in mankind. I cannot recommend Guevara Painting & Cleaning enough. We recently reached out to the team for a quote on an exterior paint job. They were prompt in their response and on time for the appointment. Their quote was very fair and competitive. We decided to go with them and they were able to get us on the schedule in under two weeks. The guys were very respectful and they had such a large team that the job was done in two days! Afterwards, there were some areas we were concerned about. Ever promptly came out to take a look and had his team back to take care of it. I felt like Ever really cared about making sure we were satisfied and we are so glad we went with them! I contacted Geuvara about cleaning a 2600 sqft house that we had just remodeled. There was construction debris and dust throughout the house and the bathrooms were filthy along with the window blinds and kitchen. Guevara gave a quote, which was very inline with what I was expecting to pay for a house that size and for the thoroughness of cleaning that we needed. It was a 6+ hour job and the day before, I ended up having to reschedule. They were very understanding and they were able to accommodate my issue (even though it was late notice and probably inconvenienced them). They worked from 4 pm until after 10 pm that night. When I went to the house the next day, I was pleasantly surprised at the result! They didn't miss a thing. They cleaned the blinds (not just dusted), cleaned the outlet covers and switch covers (not just dusted) and the bathrooms were unrecognizable! They did a phenomenal job and I highly recommend them for their cleaning service! We remodel houses and Geuvara will be my "go to" cleaning service going forward.
