I had never tried such combination. For some reason, the pita sandwich wasn't easy to eat and was rather messy. And the phone number led to a disgruntled man who's presumably tired of people thinking he operates a halal truck. All options are a bust, so on foot it is! See they're trying to make me healthy. I get to the truck and noticed jt was recently renovated. All contact information was removed except... their Facebook. Reminder: their last post was in 2014. You know, charming immigrant things. I get a lamb salad and chicken over rice with... green sauce *gasp*. Yeah I didn't know what it was either, I was just feeling adventurous. Spoiler alert: it's "vegetable sauce". They hand us our two giant skewers souvlaki sticks, somebody had the brilliant idea to stick big, thick slabs of bread right on top of the skewers like stupid little helmets. So there you are, standing on the sidewalk in dirty Jackson Heights holding two sticks of meat while the counterman in front of you is not exactly smiling, dude looks pissed.
