Two of the people working there are super nice and helpful, one girl with short hair was super rude last three times I went in and doesn't make me feel welcome. I was waiting in line and was up next but she told me to move out the way so she could ring up people that came in after me first, after I was waiting at register behind someone else that was being checked out.....? And I would have been cool with it, but she said it in very rude demanding way, wish people would realize how kindness will really get them farther in life. my two other friends told me the same thing when they went to the store couple days after I did, seems like she is always in a bad mood. . And to add on only one of their two devices work so 2/5 vaporizers worked brand new out of box!!!!!!! And they wouldn't do refund or anything!! BUYER BEWARE read more

TERRIBLE STAFF TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I just moved to Atlanta a month ago, yes you heard me a month ago. (Just keep that in mind for later) And I've been regularly supporting this smoke shop since then. Since I just moved here I have an out of state ID. It's not expired, and it is a properly state issued ID which the short, older, heavyset woman in there couldn't seem to believe it was real. She was BENDING my ID more than it already was bent. It was an ID i've had it for some time, but if it's NOT expired then what's the issue???? I proceeded to show every evidence of proof that it's real, pulling out college IDs and credit cards, however she just kept BENDING THE FUCK out of my ID which I told her to stop doing to my federal property. I have visited the store almost every week, and this same short heavy lady DID THE SAME THING ANOTHER TIME TO ME. She bent the fuck out of my ID seeing if it was real last time she was working, she even said she recognized my girlfriend and I. So all the other times we've bought from the shop was ok, just not this time??? A string bean, long haired, ginger nerd was standing behind the counter with her and told her to CUT my ID and I need to leave before he calls the police on me. My girlfriend came in to defend me, which then he took her drivers license, BROKE IT, called her a bitch, and too "hurry up and get a fucking Georgia ID" and threatened to call the cops on her too. Long story short, isn't this ILLEGAL to try to confiscate or damage GOVERNMENT ISSUED PROPERTY unless you're a fucking cop?? Now my girlfriend and I have to get new IDs in the middle of a pandemic 1 month into living here, because these 2 weirdos wanted to be big and bad, and be the bully instead of the bullied for once. read more

BUYER BEWARE: They refused a refund or store credit for a $20 purchase, and this was after selling me an OPEN product and then replacing it with an expired one. Very poor customer service standards for any business, selling expired product and refusing to offer any compensation. The employee told me it's my problem as soon as I leave the store. I left the products for them to throw away. Do not shop here if you are unsure with your purchase, and check the expiration date before you leave! read more

Terrible experience! First off, there is no parking, (even though the parking lot of the bar next door was all empty), so my husband had to drive around the super busy block twice. And the blond short hair woman was extremely rude, I don't understand why she has to be!? She had to double check to make sure my husband left the parking lot after I told her twice he left. Consider the amount of time spent on that, she could have finished checking me out. And it was just so unpleasant talking to her, felt like she's annoyed there's customer, let alone making people feel welcomed. Never going again read more

Sorry guys! We loved y'all, and still do. But since you lost all of your parking lot to Brewhouse, it makes it hard for me to visit. I live far enough to have to drive. I've visited this spot too many times to count over the 2 years I've been in Atlanta, as it was our go to shop! I was booted the last time I visited your location, with a crappy handmade sign taped over the city authorized parking signage. I wish you guys luck but the fact of no parking for your shop, when there is an actual parking lot right in front is kind of ridiculous. At the very least maybe verbalize to people as they walk in to not park in the parking lot or they'll be booted by Brewhouse next door. read more

The place is nice and there is a large selection inside. The employees are kind and helpful as well. The only problem I have which makes no sense, is that you can not park in the parking lot infront of the store. They tell you to park on a side street or parking lot far away and walk. read more

Need to hire people who actually vape. Xhale City is a glorified smoke shop that is lacking good customer service and competitive pricing. If your looking for a good vape shop with employees who are knowledgeable, GO ELSEWHERE! As far as my experiences: I had a few bad visits to this location. I didn't want to write a bad review for two bad visits because you know.. people have bad days, bad weeks etc etc. however this is my 4th or 5th bad experience here. The most recent being the worst. I don't want to throw in the race card because I don't know how non-minorities are treated here so I can only speak for my own experiences but it is a sense of tension every time I walk through the door. After receiving the wrong coils for my vape (after I said which ones I needed more then once). I went outside to prime my coil and found out that I was given the wrong coils. I went inside to exchange them for the ones I asked for and was met with attitude; I was told that all sales are final! I understand all sales being final especially given the current state of the world however if you give a frequent customer the wrong items I would think an exception to the rule would be given, you know especially since it's the shops fault. There are plenty of great vape shops (a real vaper's shop) in Atlanta where you can go and get great service, recommendations etc but this is NOT it!! FDA regulations have killed the mom & pop shops unfortunately but corporate shops need to step their game up. Please get better and treat customers good especially returning customers and hire people that vape. read more

Every location I've been to has had a knowledgeable staff that is willing to help. They don't make you feel stupid for asking questions and they truly seem to be interested in making sure that everyone walks out happy. Perhaps it's the "smoke shop" atmosphere or the fact that they can vape while working, but whatever the case, there is a very casual, non-abrasive yet amicable vibe and the prices pretty much match if not beat other such establishments. read more
