I've been shopping at here since 2014 when it was the "Relief Collective" down the street, but, I will no never step foot in this store again. I bought a $79 item and gave the man at the register $100 in order to get change and tip accordingly. I get a dollar back, the man insisted I gave him $80, I trusted him, walked out and right back in and asked them to check the drawer and cameras. The manager was nice enough but asked me if I asked him for change when I handed him the money, I said, "No, I shouldn't have to ask" ... they said they audited the drawer and there was no overage. I don't carry cash and just went to the Bank of America ATM down the street and took out $140 and now I have $40 left. The manager then suggested that I left a single $20 in the Bank of America ATM, obviously he hasn't been to an ATM before. I'm flabbergasted. I wasn't given a receipt either. This was not handled properly. The interior is nice and all but you should really watch these people. Fucking ghetto, good riddance. read more

After biking 2 miles to get to this weed shop (THE GROWCERY) and speaking to someone on the phone to confirm that I could still get the house joint for two ($2) dollars after leaving a Google review (prior to biking out); I came there and they told me I could not. WTH?! Seriously?? If you can imagine I was frustrated and a little upset. I had left a very positive review and there IS a minimum purchase amount to be eligible to get the eight dollar joint for two dollars. It's not like I was just walking in there planning to spend two dollars. However, I had only a little cash on me and I could've gotten the house joint and the gram, instead I just got a gram and there are a LOT of sticks in it. Highly dissatisfied!! Instead of me spending $18 and change I would've spent $20 and change and been very happy. Instead they saved them self six dollars and lost a positive review on Google (hope that was worth the six dollars ) and a repeat customer. If they do not make this right I will not go back there ever again. read more
