Very low quality flower and poor customer service. Their blue dream and jack herrer are labeled improperly and being passed off as such, when they are mid grade flower. Phenomenal service and high quality, potent products! Love it here. Super safe environment, too. When I visited I noticed all of the staff was wearing their PPE properly (with gloves) and every 5 minutes someone was cleaning. I was there a while cus I needed help shopping! Let me start by saying I never leave reviews. I visited this place and had by far the worst experience at a shop I've ever had in the past 10 years of going to shops. The guys helping behind the counter either had no knowledge of the products and prices or where being lazy. The 1st helping me stayed by not saying anything and just starring at each new girl that would come in. Now, that's not the issue. The issue was when I asked him if he could tell me what I could buy for 50 buxx he pointed at the counter and said I guess these would be like 50. Then I asked of I could see the joints and he said they didn't have any and thats when a 2nd guy came behind him and told him to show me counter with all the different joints. At this point i wasn't being helped at all and the other guy took over and started telling me without me even asking that his co worker was "probably" having a bad day. I truly hope the owner of this business sees my review and considers cleaning up his staff by getting rid of employees who are making this shop look bad. It's sad that I visited this shop based off a recommendation from my friend which happened to be there and saw the whole thing. She has no longer went back either after the embarrassment we went through by them making us feel like we were dumb simply for asking basic questions about weed. read more

I especially love Miles, I think he may be the manager or something. He's super cool, he always tells me about the great deals and makes sure I get to take advantage of them. They sell spliffin maverick disposable vapes. They only have two strains: one sativa and one indica. It's 75% thc and .3ml. The oil vape was 30 bucks plus 9.5% sales tax and 5% medical rec tax. Total came to about $34. It's not a bad location and was pretty empty on a Saturday at 4pm. Those bags though are hard af to open. After a few tries I said screw it and just cut the son of a gun. They have first timers spin the wheel and honestly there was nothing on it I wanted. He gave me a free preroll, but then charged me a buck for it. I should've said no thanks cuz I don't smoke prerolls anyway. I would go back if they have a sale. Private parking lot had about 20 spaces or so and quick check-in. read more

Great product, great selection, great prices. However, the service is hit or miss. I've been going here for about a year now. If on my first visit I had received the same rude service as today, I would have never returned. And it felt racially driven too. Was like the employee couldn't be bothered to help me, the customer. When I asked about the products in front of me, they just stated their names, wouldn't give me any information. Sorry, but a name, and a quick sniff only tells you so much about a strain. And in all the years I've been going to dispensaries, I've NEVER had someone put two strains in the same container, separated by a piece of paper; they also didn't write down the names of the products either. I'm still gonna give them another chance, but I hope that the next time I can get assistance from staff who can act kindly and professionally. Been coming here since 2011, maybe earlier, and I am sad to say tonight might have been my last visit. I loved coming here, despite it frequently being busy and there being a wait. The service was always friendly, the prices fair, the deals fantastic. I was always welcomed by familiar faces and watched employees rise through the ranks over the years. Employees gave the impression they liked to be there, and it showed in their loyalty to the business and the customers. Some even remembered my name which felt really special. Unfortunately over the last year since the laws have been changing they have been obviously struggling. Rarely do I see more than one other customer or a single familiar face, and both new and old employees seem... burdened. Policies are unclear and ever changing, as are the prices and explanations of changes. I haven't looked forward to my last several visits due to the hit or miss service. No benefit of going out of my way to hit up LBC when delivery or the shop near my house is just as good or better. Sorry guys. read more
