We went on my friend's birthday, which they realized as they checked his ID - they then hooked him up with some free samples and gifts. It was really sweet and welcoming. I love a tasty gummy, but I'm a novice at this stuff, so the staff was really helpful in finding the exact feeling I was hoping to achieve. I used to love this place, but today I had the worst customer service at the cash register. The lady took forever with ringing up my purchase and when I asked what the problem was or why it was taking so long, because 3 other customers who came in after me was done before the lady at the register could finish processing my order. Instead of being apologetic, (she's an older lady they call Mama.) she was extremely combative, rude, and even yelled at me. I'm the customer and no one should be treated with such disrespect. I don't think I will ever come back here again. Ive been buying products here for a year. If I could give zero stars for my treatment today, I would. It's time to say good bye Zen. Horrible experience. They accepted my order on Weedmaps. I got a text from their company welcoming me to their company etc. I received no updates on my order so I decided to call. They had no idea why I was calling and made it seem like they're doing me a favor to send me my order. Then after confirming with me they call me to tell me they needed my Drivers license. I said no problem I'll email or text it to you. The guy turned that down and said it had to happen on Weedmaps. I said I tried on Weedmaps but it didn't work. He said he would ask his manager but didn't and told me it wouldn't work. So I waited over an hour for my order for nothing. I could have ordered from someplace else or just gone to a shop myself. Reward I got something for $25, they charge 30% sales tax. Online the sales tax is 9.5% for weho. Also they round up your purchase and give you the change. There excuse is that they use a system that is an atm. Smh. And also $3.50 for a card transaction. So basically they charged my card $40.50 for something that started off $25. Plus they place is super small and doesn't have a nice selection of brands. read more
