Today they refused to honor the deals on their website. The guy working behind the counter tried to help honor the deal but his useless manager just stood there alternating between rolling her eyes and pretending to be busy. I don't know what she did to get that snob but being good at managing a dispensary wasn't it. ‍ Also, you can tell whoever does their buying sucks because their stock/selection is always super imbalanced. The employees are so knowledgeable and helpful. It's bright cheerful, and they don't follow you around and stalk you like you're a criminal. They genuinely offer help and sincerely want you to help you find a product you'll enjoy. They stay open to a true 10pm, so I never feel rushed. I cannot say enough good things about this spot. As I'm writing this review, I was just helped by two FANTASTIC ladies, Brandy and Laura. Brandy is actually a manufacturer of one of the brands in the store which I tried recently, and I love her brand! I forgot the name, but it has a little bumblebee charm hanging off of it in the premium pre-roll section, you can't miss it! The strains that she uses almost taste sweet. Obviously Brandy works in the store as well, and she's very kind and helpful about all the strains and other brands too. I was mostly helped by Laura tonight, she's an absolute gem!! I was looking for something very specific, and although she had a ton of people to help, she did a marvelous job of shuffling back-and-forth between the customers, even at a point where she was the only one on the floor for a brief bit. This girl is an incredible multitasker, wow!... But what drew me in the most, is I could tell, Laura was genuinely excited to help me! Even when I had mentioned, I had bothered her enough, She was like "nope keep asking, I'm listening. I got you girl". Super sweet. She explained everything so thoroughly, and when I asked about the sales, she showed me all the great deals they were currently having. That's another thing about this place, there's always a great deal happening for high-quality products! And on top of all of this, this place is woman owned, and black owned. I truly can't say enough good things about this place. I could go on and on with this review. I love it here!

The lot is hard to maneuver in & out of, but if it's not busy it's not too bad. Sometimes I just park on the street in the paid meter spots to avoid the hassle. They have great sales on the weekend, currently on my favorite brand Dime so I like stopping by for an amazing vape. Their normal non-sale prices are good, too! Better than a couple other stores I am a regular at so combine that with the sales and you're golden. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly here, love the vibes. They almost always have a line but they are super quick about getting to everyone. Some of the friendliest staff at cannabis shops around! Love Off The Charts and I will definitely be back!

I have not spoken with them at all since 2020 and when I called the store, some of them said the texts were not really them, and other people there said oh yes, they were really from them/their promotions department. The texts come from different phone numbers in the same week so there is no way to block them. Totally scuzzy. (And obviously, texting STOP didn't work.) Either way, the texts go on for years, and if they don't try to solve this and stop the scam (if it is a scam), who will?
