I spoke with 8 back flow companies, half of whom did not even want to come take a look at the back flow, but quoted over the phone approx $600 for a rebuild or $1200 for a new back flow - sight unseen. The first three back flow companies that did come out did not touch the back flow except to turn the water valve on & off - And then gave me the approx $600 - $1300. Frustrated, I finally spoke with Wilfredo at M & S. I knew from the moment we made the appointment, this was the company I would use. I spoke w/ Wilfredo, who was friendly & professional and assured me he would start at the basics of taking a look at the back flow before jumping to high dollar estimates. Wilfredo & Eric showed up on time & we're just as great in person. They suggested they retest the back flow before beginning any work and, lo & behold, it passed!! Wow, I'm so impressed with M & S's honesty and character!!! Nowadays, when you come across an exceptional company with exceptional employees, you put their info in your phone contacts and make sure you spread the word.
