this was to replace a spigot where it was leaking from the pipe (copper) so at the last minute, i am being told that the repair is urgent, and that it should have been fixed yesterday so, i initially called dunstan and they said they would schedule me for tomorrow, but then i had to call back and ask them to schedule me for today i got a call back from the manager saying that they would be able to accommodate me, and they would call me when they had a truck in the vicinity. so i got a call right back, and by the time i got to the site, they were already there working on it i asked his name, and he said his name was 'amazing plumber'. so i took a photo of his work and posted it here on the company's page my associates had initially made a call on sunday to Prime Plumbing, and had them come out, and they couldn't fix it, gave us an $89 service call fee, and an estimate for $385 if there were no complications. prime plumbing didn't give us a written copy of the estimate well, if you work, you know there are always complications. except for amazing plumber, who finished the job in under an hour. our bill came to $145 total all i can say is 'thank you yelp' for helping me make an informed decision. absolutely the best decision i made today. my associate thinks i'm a hero, but really, amazing plumber is the hero, and so is the company he works for. thank you dunstan ! read more

The three people I dealt with were wonderful!!! The women who answered the phone answered all my questions and asked the manager for some of my questions. Got me set up quickly and was able to send out someone to look over what I was dealing with. Lamar came out and was just up front and honest about what he would do if it was his issue. Dunstan showed up unannounced, came in with two men. Replaced four faucet valves, took half an hour. They charged me an hour labor for each man. One man could have completed the job alone, for the one hour labor fee. I provided two valves the one they did replace they charged me $60, three times what ace hardware would charge. We have used Dunstan and sons two times They always give us a time when they were coming out, usally 3 hour wait, but they call before that time. I had a pipe brake in the bath, a shower line had a staple in our shower, i asked the plummer if he could put in a out side shut off in our mobile home while he said he had to call to see if he had time to do it, all was done. Our plumber from Dunstan, John, was very professional and very determined to solve our plumbing water leak problem, which impacted the the air conditioning ducts, detaching them, thereby essentially turning off the AC on a 91 degree day.
