I started exploring the neighborhood and looking for a baby gift. I was curious so I stopped by. This place is overwhelming but they have great customer service. I didn't know that my non fancy baby bib was $16 until it was rang! I better have a good luck on this bib since it's pricey for 1 item. Downside: Parking can be limited, the store doesn't open on time and some items are pricey. Note: look at the price and make sure it worth buying. Call before coming.

Ebenezer's always welcomes me in, they have so many books, I like stopping by just to walk around and see what is new. I love talking about this place and I'm grateful this place is around for us to seek and find within those walls. If they don't have it, they will order it. Grateful for this family.

Went looking for a Bible for my friend. Stood there while a worker helped a family. After he was done he didn't offer to help or even ask me anything. So I bought a Bible and had a name put ion it. Go home and open it and the paper is so thin you can't even read it cause the words from the next page are see through. I wish the guy would've helped me and offered to recommended something. read more

Great store with friendly service. Good selection of bibles in English and Spanish. Good gift selection and decorations as well. The store is clean and everything well organized. I'm happy we now have an Ebenezer closer to us in Downey. In the past, we've had to go to the Ebenezer in LA, in HP and this one in Whittier is much closer. Will be visiting more often. read more

Found this place on Yelp because I was trying to find a Christian gift store to buy some cute gifts for my sister-in-law, since she's very religious. I found some great gifts for her!! The lady that was working there was super sweet and also helped me pick out a few things. My sister-in-law is also a teacher and found some other great gifts to buy her. Overall they have a great selection, especially since there are not a lot of Christian gift shops nearby. Would definitely go back again. read more

This place is somewhat far from my house and let me tell you it was worth the drive. In fact, I will be visiting this store many more times in the future! They have so many great things in this store to share, expand, and express your faith! I'm talking hats, shirts, books, rings, bracelets, and much more. This store is quite large and has a huge variety in different items you may be looking for in the name of God. The best part is there is so many bibles! There are many versions, languages, and many styles of the Holy Bible. They provide engraving services as well just to give your Bible a nice personal touch and looks amazing! Use to go here when it was Family Christian Book Store and was having a hard time finding a great Christian Book Store and here it is, in the same place but just a different name. They have everything!! I came to pick up communion supplies and walked out with many other things, even a Christian face mask. They did a bible for me, then same day in 10 mins and that's super hard to get. It came out beautiful and he did both the front and back. Didn't charge me. I love this store, but not really close, but will make the travel to come because service was excellent and prices very comparable. Try it for yourself if you are looking for a place that you will enjoy coming back again. read more

This is an awesome bilingual (Spanish/English) bookstore, and my go-to place when I want to buy a gift for a Christian friend or family member for any occasion, whether they speak Spanish or English. I recently visited this week and had a wonderful experience. It felt great to support a brick and mortar store instead of turning to online giants like Amazon. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, treating everyone with kindness and respect. Despite some parking trouble due to a graduation event across the street, the employees went above and beyond by saving spots for patrons. Overall, I would rate my experience a perfect 10/10. I highly recommend this bookstore for anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive environment. They also engrave bibles while you wait! read more

This is a really great Bible bookstore has everything you need. Again, Bibles here certificates here friendly smiles, and beautiful people that work there. Wow! What a beautiful store! I found them on google, drove from Bellflower & came before closing. My kids were amazed the whole time, Rebecca was the biggest help & I am grateful we are prepared with our Bibles & she helped us pick out the best bibles & covers!! read more

This is an amazing store if you are looking for a Christian bible or book. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, and if they don't have it they will try and find it for you. They will even ship it to your house. read more
