I've been coming to this shop since 2019, and I'm usually very happy. I come in, get my juice and/or coil, some novelty items (if I'm bored) because they always have something uniquely wrong that makes them fun to buy. The staff has always been nothing but outstanding and kind, letting me know if something is in stock, and if not, providing an alternative. Sometimes, they have good deals if you pop in on the right day. So why the 4 star? The last couple times I've been in here, there has been no nicotine and now there are no bottles to buy the house flavors. I'm not blaming the staff--they don't control the ordering or supply/demand. However, I have to wonder if the owner reads the reviews or responsibly anticipated shortages due to the ongoing supply issues. When there was no nicotine at either location, I took that as a supply/demand issue, but bottles? I feel like it's a bit of a stretch since there are plastic bottles for literally every juice that comes prepackaged in a 3 or 6 nicotine level. Still, I appreciate very much the kind and outstanding customer service shown to me both times I've been in these past two weeks. Also, I wish they'd carry a better variety of sugar free Red Bull. All they had was regular. I'll continue to reword, but I hope the supply issue is resolved soon. read more

Hi Yelpers! I was a bit surprised about the amount of stars on this shop (it's undeservedly low). It's a Vape shop lol. I wanted to show support to a local business, so I stopped by to this shop to get my geek bar fix. The shop owner was super chill and down to earth. He was going over all the things they sell and answered all the questions I had, and he even let me test my purchase inside. The prices are reasonable and comparable to other shops around Phoenix. went here twice , and both times it was a disappointment. They sell really bad product gave them a second chance since it's maricopa there's not a lot of options. Bought a vape that was burnt already so it was full juice and obviously I have the charge on my card so the proof just wanted what I paid for . spoke to the owner and he didn't care one bit that he sold me a vape that was burnt and defective. And it's not even over the 20$ it the audacity he's okay w selling bad product and not fixing the issues Now I see why they have really bad ratings read more

Went here to get a disposable at the maricopa location a couple weeks ago. They pointed me to the Geek bars and recommended some favorite flavors. Havent been disappointed. The 2 guys that work there are friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back. read more

They have a great selection. Sometimes the employees seem annoyed at questions. Doesn't bother me though I just keep on keeping on. Either way they are great. read more

Coming from cali to visit my sister in Maricopa had to find a vape shop to reup on my disposable and the guys knew what they were talking about told them what I like and dislike , they recommended puff limited similar the the Flums in cali flavor was blueberry melon perfect taste..definitely will be back thank you. read more

First off, I'd like to say I used to really like going to this vape shop but recent experiences have truly upset me. I will never shop at this vape shop ever again. The female who works here has the worst possible attitude, she is rude without cause, very unprofessional, she speaks to you as if you are a piece of garbage. She told my friend she was refusing his business and accused him of stealing!!! In the middle of the shop infront of several other customers and co-workers. When asked to explain or provide proof she DOWNRIGHT refused and DEMANDED they leave the store. That situation alone is enough for them to lose my business, but I will be including other incidents such as; seeing them serve kids under 21 on a regular basis and the store reaks of weed consistently. I know the law allows use...yet I think when you're running a business it is best to not have your establishment smell like Cheech & Chongs house, some customers may not like weed or could be allergic. Huge vapor and love disposables for their intense flavor sadly I go through soo many so I traditionally buy in bulk 3-5 at a time so I don't have to go back every other day. So I bought a few from here and go figure it's the last one I open and go back in to tell them it was defective and had no power. Even brought in one of the used ones to let them feel the weight difference just to prove it was still full of juice but had no power. Didn't even care to look into just said it's been a few days and that I should have opened all of them in store and tried each one first before I left. Also to mention I was in there about to by 4 more and hoping they would just comp the 5th one and still wouldn't take care of me. Even have there loyalty program so they could see I buy from them. Wound up just buying one and leaving as I shouldn't have to open every single one I buy and test it before I leave. I strongly discourage buying in bulk from vapor etc because if you do and one doesn't work they don't stand behind what they sell. read more

I went in today for some nic salts and was told that they only had tobacco flavors at that time but they were waiting for a shipment and it should be there in about an hour. They told me that they were going to stay open late so that I could come back and get my juice. I usually go up into town to a vape shop but after this experience this shop will be getting my business in the future. Wish I could leave more than 5 stars read more

Wow. This place has the most poor selection of juice I have ever seen. On top of being out of stock on a lot of stuff. How can you be a vape shop with basically nothing to sell? Customer service is pretty trash too. Not to mention Im Currently waiting for the store to open. It's passed 10 am and that's supposedly when they open. read more

I recently went into the store to re up on some juice and tank for a Vape I had purchased here, I asked the guy who was at the register if I could get a juice that was 5mg because I'm not a big fan of the nicotine & he said "sure" we agreed on a flavor and I purchased the tank and juice and walked out. When I got home I had poured the juice into the new tank & noticed that the juice was not 5mg it was 50mg. I called the store and the lady who I spoke to said we could exchange the juice since it was "their fault" I went to exchange the juice and buy a new tank since the juice saturated the coil with the 50mg. When I arrived to the store a few days later the guy told me I couldn't exchange the juice because it had been a few days already. I don't know what difference this makes but end result they mess up & won't man up. Lost a potential regular customer. Bad business. Not professional at all. Screwing over local people! read more
