The girl closing your store last night (6/29) acted like we had interrupted the most important event of her life by walking into the store. Every question was met with attitude, and apparently actually looking at merchandise before buying it is strictly prohibited. When we asked if this specific nectar collector held water, she smirked and said "Um, no, I wouldn't do that," in a deceptive manner. Perhaps she simply lacks knowledge about the products you sell, but I was almost certain that it was specifically designed to hold water. The highlight of the experience was when my friend tried to get a better look at it by reaching out to touch it, and she literally smacked his hand away and yelled, "You can't touch the merchandise!" | honestly couldn't tell if we were shopping at a smoke shop or attempting a museum robbery. We're local customers who wanted to support a neighborhood business. Instead, we left feeling like suspects in a criminal investigation. Amazingly, we still spent money there. Rest assured, it'll probably won't happen again. I do love this nectar collector though!!

I asked for Vegan Gummies with only CBD & Jason (GM) started flipped through many packages reading the ingredients. I ended up getting a few small packs of Martha Stewart's line. & then started inquiring if Snoop Dog had any products...made sense with their partnership. Not a pro at these products yet only spent $7 for two packs of Gummies. & the OG is digging the Citrus flavor & feeling some relief. The manager told me he had already checked the dressing rooms as they had just been closed and that it wasn't there. When I asked if he could please look again, he hung up instead of putting me on hold. I called back and was placed on hold until no one returned, so I hung up & drove back to the store. When I arrived and asked for the manager, he came over and immediately asked, "Were you the one who called about the AirPod?" I said yes, and he responded, "I found it in there. It was on the ground." At that point, about 20 minutes had passed since our phone call, and no one had called me back to let me know it had been found. I don't understand why the initial response was to argue with me about whether it was there instead of simply checking again, nor why there was no follow-up call once it was found. The lack of communication and customer service was very disappointing.
