During my first session, I was already disappointed. They promised a full treatment that included UV light therapy, but once I was already connected to the machine, I was told they couldn't perform that part because they didn't have the proper tubing. No one informed me ahead of time. The second session was far more concerning. The procedure was handled by a nurse who openly stated she had only been there a few months and had no prior experience with EBOO treatments. She began the procedure unsupervised. During the session, the tubing clogged twice, interrupting the process, that was something that didn't happen in the first session. After that session, my health quickly declined. Within three days, I ended up in the ER with pneumonia and symptoms close to a heart attack. According to the doctor, this was likely due to excessive ozone exposure, which can cause oxidative stress and damage to cells, as well as complications affecting the heart and lungs. Months later, I am still dealing with the consequences and now require inhalers. Before this, I was a very healthy and active person, I regularly biked and hiked. I went in simply looking for a treatment that was advertised as a way to "clean and oxygenate" my blood. Instead, I walked away with permanent health issues. Communication and accountability were also unacceptable. I tried contacting the person who sold me the package (Ben) while I was in the hospital and received no response. The only time I heard back was after I threatened to dispute the credit card charge, and even then, there was no concern expressed, no follow-up, and no attempt to offer solutions despite me being hospitalized for several days. There was no doctor on-site supervising the procedure or ensuring patient safety. That alone should raise serious concerns for anyone considering this treatment. I had an EBOO session here and was shown a large clot in the collection canister and told it had been pulled out of me. That was not accurate. The material was fibrin that formed in the machine circuit after my blood contacted the tubing and filter -- a known reaction in extracorporeal systems -- not a clot that was circulating in my body. I felt the explanation was deceptive and I cancelled my follow-up appointment and my brother's appointment. Why I wanted to try EBO2: I struggled for weeks with pure exhaustion, dizziness, vertigo, slurred speech, multiple colds/ viruses back to back, and potently slight EBV actuation with what felt like completely drained adrenal glands. I was unable to get out of bed and slept for 12-18 hours a day with no improvement for weeks. My blood work at the ER showed I was incredibly healthy and my EKG was perfect. Yet I had extremely low BP 87/59. CAT Scan healthy, X-rays, and MRI good. I was sent home and told to rest. I had nothing wrong except "maybe a slight re-activation or EBV" but not showing in my bloodwork and vertigo. There was nothing I could do but rest and take the medication. I'm a busy senior leader at work I don't have time to be out for weeks and I'm a mom of two kids in multiple sports. Laying in bed for weeks or months is not a skill or an option for my life. Waiting for the dizziness and exhaustion to leave. Mind you I'm a healthy person, I workout (just not at this time), eat healthy, and take excellent supplements. Nothing helped me at this point. I decided to try EBO2 to help restore my health since all the costly medical tests I tried continued to show I was normal/ healthy and nothing was helping me to get better. I read online about EBO2 for 2 days as I laid in bed, the engineer in me had to fully understand what it was about and read all the reviews. Let me share first that the staff at EBo2 George and Melissa are amazing I called multiple times a little nervous about the treatment and the cost. They talked me through and explained it all in details as well as success stories. They weren't pushy and were respectful, let me decide if I wanted to try it. Melissa texted me the next day after I did the treatment to see how I was doing. The best customer service ever! Completely exhausted, I drove 2 hours in LA traffic on the 405 each way because I was that desperate to improve my health. After the 1st treatment I slept so well that night and took a 5 hour nap the next day. After waking up from that nap, my health finally improved. My slurred speech was gone and I could walk without holding onto the wall. I was still slightly dizzy and exhausted but I felt like I was turning the corner. A week later I took that 2 hour 405 traffic drive again and I left there completely energized so much that I couldn't sleep that night until 3 am. That alone is a change from sleeping 12-18 hours a day. That day I filled 2 containers full of toxins cleared from blood. The next day I felt more energy and my lightheadedness reduced, dizziness gone. My cognitive ability returned to normal and I felt like myself again, no longer sleeping the whole day, feeling unable to function. I could cook dinner and clean up after my kids again. My BP remained low and so I still got slightly lightheaded when too active but my overall wellness finally turned the corner. I really believe that had I not decided to give EBO2 a try I would still be in bed sleeping all day and night, unable to function, think clearly, or enjoy my kids, crying because I couldn't fix myself and the doctors couldn't either. All of the costly medical tests with my insurance still cost more than the 2 EBO2 treatments I took. My only regret is that I didn't find EBO2 before I wasted all my money on all the ER medical tests that claimed I was "The healthiest 46 year old the ER doctor had seen". Yet unable to walk, talk, or function. I'm so thankful to the team here and I will be back to tune up or tone down that oxidative stress so I never get to that point again. If I didn't believe in how this helped me, I promise I wouldn't waste my time leaving this detailed review. I know I read every review out there before I tried it.
