Just left there for a follow up on a weight loss program. The staff has been great and my only issue is scheduling because sometimes I have to double back for appts. I run a tight schedule. Not exactly their fault. I wanted the real deal program. Not some dokie-jeckie place. They helped me lose 33 pounds In a 43 day plan. I lost multiple inches from most areas. scammers. I went in on a promotion. Examination, XrayS, Chriropractic adjustment. I told the Chiropractor I had a few issues - Back, shoulder, wrist. When he heard shoulder his eyes kind of popped a little more open and only addressed the shoulder. He pushed me so hard for some regenerative medicine that cost $1200. He mentioned it at least 3 times and said I really should try it. He took 1 X-ray of the shoulder. Then mentioned the regenerative medicine again. When I asked him about my back, he said "only 1 issue for the promotion". He refused to give me an adjustment and that was it. Do NOT Go there unless you want to get pumped up and sold on the regenerative medicine. read more

Dr Collins is really great! - He is understanding and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the results of the PRP and the Stem-cell injections. However, I'm really concerned about how their health "programs" work. I spent 8000.00 for the program consisting of PRP and Stem cell, I paid for my own lab work outside of them, so I would have had most of that portion of the costs taken care of. Then they put me on a cleanse without instruction on what I need to do after the cleanse. The bottom line is they wanted me to sign up for another couple of programs for another 5000.00or 6000.00. This is not something I can really afford to do and I'm really surprised at how there is no exit plan, no definitive information. I guess I am supposed eat only the food that I am not allergic or sensitive to, but then how am I supposed to reintegrate back to some assemblance of normal? (obviously with restrictions). I called the office today and told them that I was 3 days away from being 30 days on the cleanse and the response was really like well, that's it. Dr Collins got on the phone and said he would call me back today, but that still doesn't exclude the fact that there is no direction and that really worries me. Be prepared to spend a lot of money, that is what I can say. Its funny, I did my due diligence before I started and I guess I didn't dig deep enough. read more

Total lack of professionalism, I expected more but truly disappointed in the front staff. Six months ago I called on the phone and the receptionist was very rude and demeaning. I did not learn my lesson so I drove by one day and stopped and got past the castle guard who was previously extremely rude and spoke to Joy and signed up on the spot. I came in for the counseling session and the PA to prescribe the meds and it was clumsy at best, the PA set up appointments and we agreed on a date for the second set of meds and She miss calculated the number of doses. VERY Unprofessional and alarming dangerous ... Joy needed to reschedule a counseling appointment and I suggested a The next day and asked her to have the office staff call me to let me know. I also apprized her of the situation that I would run out of meds prior to my scheduled appointment with the PA. Well no call from staff nothing they don't care!!! I walked in due to my very demanding schedule and Joy saw me immediately but the DRAMA started st first I was told the PA was too busy to see me. Than they demanded a payment. Than I waited a hour for the drama to play out with these unprofessional staff, and listened attentively but to no avail.... I'll have to find a professional weight loss center. read more

I want to recommend Harbor Comprehensive Health in Wilmington for pain management. I first went to Harbor for HA (hyaluronic acid) shots in my right knee which I had every year for the past five years. Then back in April 2018 my right hip was hurting slightly when walking, on a scale of 1 to 10, mine was a 1. Then in December my right hip was so painful to sit more than ten minutes that I decided to see Dr. Collins at Harbor to see what the problem could be. I wasn't sure if stem cell therapy would help or maybe even hip replacement was needed. I had gone to seminar regarding stem cell therapy, which had my interest for a long time, hosted by Dr Collins. Once I saw Dr. Collins, a x-ray was taken, it showed that stem cell therapy nor hip replacement was not needed. He said we would start with therapy three times a week. When I was at home I could ice, exercise to stretch that area and I have a tens machine to use when not at Harbor. After a little over one month, I am pain free. I still need to do stretching exercise at home to prevent this pain from coming back. Also while at Harbor, I decided to try the stem cell therapy on my right knee since Dr. Collins said I was not bone on bone. So far it has been only one week since the injection so I will be writing more later to update the final outcome. Plus I need comment that Dr. Collins and his staff at Harbor are wonderful and truly compassionate. read more

Hurt my back over a a number of motorcycle accidents and in the gym and at work made it worse. I am a pipe fitter by trade and Dr. Collins made it possible for me to take off some time from work to get better and make my back pain go away. So I can get back to work. Their staff fills out and guides you through the disability process. Doctor Collins is the best. I love their no drug approach and getting to the root of your back pain. I came here barely able to walk and now I'm getting better from a pain level of 9 out of 10 to a pain level 5.5 out of 10 in a little over a week with out drugs. The staff does excellent work with you to try to make you comfortable from diagnosis to physical therapy. They are all caring and compassionate also taking the time to learn your first name which means alot to me. Also you sit with Dr. Collins as he goes over your x-rays and will take his time to make sure you understand what is physically wrong with your spine and taylor makes a plan to get you better with out using drugs. Also there are no drugs on site and signs which say that. Therefore makes the place safer from drug seekers, robbery etc. If you really want to get better this the place for you. read more

I received services there after my car accident and was harassed by the front office every time I went in on settling my case and even though I had a lawyer they kept asking about payment!! I went to Dr. Collins for a back problem. He insisted on taking an X-ray and told me that I was a perfect candidate for chiropractic. He treated me twice with adjustments but actually made my back much worse. My wife finally convinced me to go to an orthopedic doctor who told that Dr. Collins actually damaged my back! All I say is, I wish I had seen Dr. Collins when my pain in my lower back started about 10 years ago. I was involved in a car accident and was diagnosed with slipped disc. I went to three different doctors who tried to help me but only made it worse. I was recommended to Dr. Collins from my brother who had gone there previously due to his neck pain. I went to Dr. Collins not thinking he could help me and boy was I wrong. Not only was I able to stand for long periods I was now able to sleep. I am not taking all of the medication that I was prescribed by the other doctors. The staffs is very helpful and knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions.
