This place is sketchy and unprofessional! I made an appointment for 3:30 and checked in. After completing the paperwork, I had a woman take my height, weight and blood pressure. Then I was asked to wait in the waiting room again to wait on the doctor for my consultation. The doctor NEVER came and finally the receptionist came out and informed me he had a "flat tire" and instead of making me wait they wanted me to reschedule. They rescheduled for the next day at the same time (3:30) and I returned the next day. Within minutes of me arriving, the same receptionist tells me the "doctor is having car trouble again" and if I wanted to wait he would be there in 30 minutes. So this "doctor" doesn't know how to use Uber or Lyft? 2 days in a row? Sure. I waited the 30 minutes and the "doctor" NEVER came! Meanwhile, 4 more people came into the office for their appointments and the tiny waiting room left zero space for social distancing. The receptionist was somewhere in the back and no one was there to check all of these people in so everyone just sat there and we eventually started talking about how terrible the customer service was and weird it was that so many people who seemed to be "working" there were walking back and forth but no one was coming out to help anyone or check anyone in. Uncomfortable with the amount of people in such a small space, I left. I will NEVER come back to this place and you shouldn't either. Seems like one of those business fronts for some other type of shady business. All these positive reviews must be from all the fake staff members they had just walking around the office doing absolutely nothing. What a complete waste of time. read more

The services I received were very good and the technician was nice and friendly. My issue isn't with the services but the Customer Service outside of the procedures. When you go for the first consultation, if you're only there for Laser Lipo the wingman Eric comes in and does his spiel to convince you to get the Cavitation procedure ( which of course costs more).. They're in business to make money so ok, I get it because the dentist does the same thing; they have the "business manager" come in and scare you into dental procedures you don't REALLY need right now.. Anywho, so along with his spiel he offers to "give" you a free session along with your Groupon offer of 2 sessions for the $150... You sit there thinking YES, I'm so lucky! However, when it comes time to use the 3rd session, they play this game of being so incredibly overbooked that getting to actually use all the 3rd session will take 12 acts of God and 6 months of paper work. I mean they literally have 2 and 3 people looking at the screen appearing to be desperately trying to fit you in but it's a sham! After my 2nd session I go to make the 3rd not wanting them so far apart and the rep at the desk can't seem to find ANY open time in a 2 week time span and he has to go and get "the closer" ( the same man who gives you the "free" session... He's pretending to look at the schedule that is Soooooo booked ( even on Saturday) and then he says well actually "I gave you a free session, you got what you paid for. Total attitude change after he gets your money!! And after I do some more research I found that he gives the "free" session to everyone!! And they make the 3rd session soooooo difficult to schedule hoping that you will just say forget it... Unbeknownst to him I had a friend go there and he also gave her the "free" session... Additionally, I asked other people in the waiting room if they were offered a free session and they said yes.. He makes it seem like YOU are special but in all actuality, this is their MO... He initially makes you feel like he's really looking out for you, but he does this to all the girls! LOL :-) I did not like the bait and switch and the attitude change at all... Again, the actual service I received was fine however, I think they need to be straight up with people but I don't think they're counting on people exchanging notes. I was planning on continuing services but because of the attitude and apparent inability to make reasonably scheduled appointments I'm going to go elsewhere. read more

My sister found a flyer for a laser lipo promo while she was at Centinela Hospital. I called in and was able to set an appointment very fast. Upon arriving, I was greeted with so much warmth and kindness to where I felt at home immediately. I've been trying to lose weight for my sister's wedding and have been having trouble losing my arm fat. So i wanted the laser just for the arms. So when I met the doctor for the consultation, I advised him of that but he recommended other things to Target my full body. I am extremely happy with my results. The dress that I bought for my sister's wedding fit totally differently just after 2 months. The dress got longer, the color changed, and I was able to see parts of the dress that I didn't even know existed. This place is horrible !!! My 1st and last time ... I didn't even get a chance to see the doctor. They had me waiting for 45 min. When I finally decided to get up an ask when was I going to be seen. The person I think in charge of this place let's me know that they been waiting for the doctor for almost 2 hours. That he has been trying to get in contact with him but no answer. That he could try to reschedule me.
