She did a terrible job, just did not seem to have a clue as what I wanted and really ruined it, so much so I had to go elsewhere and take off about 4 inches (which was upsetting because I was trying to grow it out again). After @ 8 weeks I was ready for color and cut but not confident to go back to the second stylist. I found industry salon here on Yelp through another former patron of my precious salon. She mentioned Ana used to work there, so I checked industry out and took a chance on Ana. Well she was terrific! She looked at the style I wanted (at this point I decided to stay shoulder length but with some shape - light layers so it doesn't look too short). The color is perfect and the style is just right-modern and sassy and really perfect for my hair and face.
