I started having a hard time breathing and felt like my asthma was flaring again after years of it laying dormant. I started the process by making an appointment online which was super quick and easy. I selected this location because I work 6 minutes away from Texas Breeze Addison. The PA called me before heading that way to let me know a few medicines they were out of so I wouldn't waste my time and I greatly appreciated that effort. Thankfully, I wasn't interested in that anyways. After walking in, the receptionist took care of my check in process. It took less than 5 minutes and honestly my wait was less than 3 minutes. A day later and I'm already turning a corner and starting to feel better. The NP took my vitals, listened to my concerns, and ensured all of my information was accurate in the system. She explained that one person was in from of me then the PA would be in to take care of me. The PA came in and listened to my concerns, and suggested a great plan for me that made the most sense. The entire process was super quick and easy. I walked in the clinic at 8:45 and I walked out at 9:20. The facility was incredibly clean as well and it looked emasculate.
