Henry County hosts many free family-friendly events here and there is occasionally a paid event/experience from an external vendor/organization. Our most recent visit was for the county's Hot Summer Fest 2025 (on July 3rd). It included an are show, a drone show, and fireworks, plus games, bouncy houses and water slides before the shows began. We also really love the county's trick or treat event here. This past October (2024) they were doing paid rides on the track so my husband got to take a few high speed spins around the track with a professional driver. Honestly, the speedway seems the perfect location for large festival type events.

Which was sad because we were supposed to be there to celebrate my son's 13th birthday. He was excited to try this place out. We drove over an hour to be disappointed. First we walk in an hour after opening on a Sunday, place was empty.......we walk right up to the counter and I tell the girl that I had looked the pricing up online and I knew I wanted to do the 3 race, game card, and k1 membership pass for 3 boys. She gave me a blank stare and then said oh you mean 2 race. Ok. Rude. But ok yeah that. She proceeds to ask the boys had they ever been there before. 1 of my sons friends says yes. So she goes you need to go check him on the computer with a waiver first because he has a membership so you won't pay for that part for him. Here I am thinking oh she is being helpful after being wrong. I smile. We go to computers do the waiver for 1 boy as instructed. We go back to the counter now 2 more groups have come in. We have to wait behind 1 group now since there is only one cashier/check in person although there were at least 5 other staff in the building including a manager. Anyway after we wait for that group to check in. I step back to the counter and THEN she proceeds to tell me oh you didn't do the waiver for the other two. I'm like you told me to do it only for the one that had been here before. So again we step out of line and go BACK to the computers. At this time I'm starting to get annoyed. By this time more people are coming in, so now my boys will have to wait behind several big groups when we arrived before ALL of these people. When I finally get back to the counter.....all boys are checked in. She got RUDE again. And wanted to loudly explain pricing to me and make sure I knew that the boys only got a $10 game card for what I was about to pay. Like VERY loud. I didn't hear her do this with any of the other groups that checked in before us and I hate to say this.......none of them were my complexion. Never once was I rude or matching her volume or tone. We actually walked in that place happy because we were supposed to be celebrating. Well anyway it didn't stop there. Once we got checked no instructions were given on what to do next outside of the girl at the counter giving me my receipt and their game cards. So my boys walked over to where you line up to go on the track and yet another employee was RUDE to them by telling them to back away from the gate and wait for someone to call them. They are EXCITED to be here Jeesh, so then after she yells at them they come over to me saying they not going to let her ruin the joy. They finally get called to race and all the boys are overwhelmed after the employees stopped the cars several time or slowed their speed down all during the race. Then in between their first and second race we went to their "arcade" which only has 12 games......which none of them are less than 40 credits for 1 game. $10 gets you 200 in credits. While one of the boys was in the process of playing a game they got called back for their 2nd race. It was EVEN worse than the first one. We decided to opt out of trying their food and went somewhere else to grab lunch. 0 stars would not recommend.

While I have seen all varieties of races here over the years, my recent trips here have been to watch my nephew race go-carts on the dirt track. The track is well taken care of, as is the surrounding areas including the parking areas and roads in and out. They could do a bit better on the bleachers, those have clearly taken a hit over the years...still cold hard metal, but just less of them it appears. While this is an ole country dirt track, so you can't expect much, my only gripes are actual restrooms and not charging $20/car for events, even the smallest of them. I understand you got to keep the lights on, but yikes was that a bit of sticker shock when we pulled up! Overall, Senoia Raceway is a good spot for what it is used for. I did not know that the bleachers/stands were all concrete steps. If coming here for an event, I would definitely recommend bringing some sort of comfort (folding lawn chair, blanket, or something else comfortable to sit on). Walking the pits was also pretty cool. It offered a closer, different, and arguably better view of the track on turns one and two than the stands offered. However, be warned and ready to have dirt thrown on you from all the racecars as they turn in front of you.

However, at the latest birthday party my child attended here it became obvious that the staff member hosting the group should not be working with children. She was repeatedly rude and unhelpful when my son asked questions or needed assistance, including when his helmet became stuck. She was so aggressive and unprofessional that she made him uncomfortable to the point where he didn't feel safe asking for water. I ultimately had to pick him up early. It was overcrowded with people colliding in the arcade area. Many arcade machines were broken, some of the laser tag blasters are broken, there were multiple police cars outside the entrance at the time. the environment did not feel well-managed or family-friendly. Given the high cost, I expect much better care, professionalism, and attention to children's safety and comfort. I would not recommend this venue for kids' parties.

If I could give negative, I would have! TERRIBLE! Terrible! Terrible!…read more This was supposed to be one of the happiest days of the year -- my little nephew's birthday. Instead, Mountasia turned it into a complete disaster that left us stressed, embarrassed, and heartbroken. From the start, it was chaos. They wrote down the wrong date, so when we arrived, it looked like we were the ones unprepared. Imagine showing up with excited kids and family only to feel like you're the problem when you did everything right. The party room wasn't ready until an hour late, the food came out way behind schedule, and the cake -- the centerpiece of the whole celebration -- was delayed so long that some guests gave up and left before even seeing it. The children were restless, confused, and disappointed. There was no service whatsoever. We didn't get the water bottles we paid for, staff disappeared when we needed them most, and instead of enjoying the party, we were running around begging for help. I couldn't even focus on the kids. My heart sank when my nephew fell and started bleeding because I was busy chasing staff down instead of being there with him. That's the kind of day it was. To make matters worse, when the food finally came, staff acted like it was a burden to serve the chicken we had chosen. They literally said, "Most people just order pizza." If you can't serve what you advertise, then don't put it on the menu. We paid for it -- we deserved it without the attitude. Even something as small as buying a plush toy turned into a 30-minute wait at an empty register because, apparently, "they're short on staff." And the final blow? My sister called management afterwards, desperate for some kind of acknowledgment or apology. Instead, she was mocked. They told her she "wasn't clear," sarcastically wished her "good luck getting a refund," refused to give their names, pretended to be managers, and then hung up on her. Who does that to a parent after ruining a child's birthday? I cannot express the disappointment and sadness we felt. We paid for a party package, but what we got was stress, humiliation, and tears. My nephew deserved joy, laughter, and celebration. Instead, Mountasia took that away from him and from us. Please -- if you love your children, if you respect your family and your time, stay far, far away from this place. They don't just ruin parties, they ruin memories that you can never get back.

It has a good mix of attractions including multi-level go-kart tracks (one of the main highlights), roller coasters, thrill rides like drop towers and spinning rides, bumper cars, kiddie rides, and arcade-style games. The go-karts are definitely the standout and what the park is best known for. Pricing is much more budget-friendly than big parks. Most visitors can expect either free admission with pay-per-ride options or wristbands that typically range around $50-$80 per person depending on location, day, and promotions. This makes it a cheaper alternative if you want rides without spending theme park-level money. Food and drinks inside are on the higher side, but still fairly standard for an amusement park. Wait times are generally shorter than major parks. On average, most rides are about 5-20 minutes, even during busier times. The most popular attractions like go-karts or certain thrill rides can reach 20-40 minutes during peak hours, but lines still move fairly consistently compared to larger parks where waits can be much longer. Staff were friendly and kept things moving efficiently at ride entrances, and the park overall felt easy to navigate. Parking was also simple and convenient depending on the location. Overall, Fun Spot is a good option if you want a casual amusement park experience with fun rides, shorter wait times, and more affordable pricing without the intensity of bigger theme parks.

It's like a 95 year old having a Ferrari…read more This Fun Spot is out in the boonies at the edge of the Atlanta metro area and lacks the happening vibes of the two Florida Fun Spots. Granted it was noonish when I was there but it was Saturday and the place was a ghost town. The layout is pretty odd as well. There's a secondary overflow parking lot on the midway next to a big stockade looking building and other old timey looking facades but most of it looks like a county fair or a family fun center like Barrymore's back home. I got my wristband to ride as much as I wanted for the day, even knowing I had to make it to Cape Canaveral by the end of the night and couldn't spend anything close to a full day here. I made a beeline for the fabled star attraction, ArieForce One. It looks great and a mere station wait was a welcome sight. The first 90% of ArieForce One completely lived up to the hype with an incredible mix of airtime hills, inversions and overbanked turns coming at a breakneck pace. Nothing was breaking my neck though, or causing the slightest bit of discomfort. Then came the series of bunny hills at the end with their violent ejector air. Absolutely killed my thighs whether I was in the front or the rear of the train. Felt like my thighs were getting jackhammered. Now I've ridden several coasters built by Rocky Mountain Construction, the manufacturer of ArieForce One. Iron Gwazi, Steel Vengeance, Twisted Cyclone and Goliath in addition to the one I'm talking about. All had the lapbars with the shin guards that let you go upside down without over the shoulder restraints. I've never had an issue with these RMC restraints on any of their other coasters that I've ridden. I thought I'd ride ArieForce One a dozen times or so. After one ride I went to ride a go kart track. It was okay nothing special. Came back for a second lap on ArieForce One. Once again I needed a break from it after that. I rode the park's other coasters, an unremarkable wild mouse called Hurricane. Hit the bathroom and took pictures of weird murals on the walls by video games and the food court. Came back for a third lap on ArieForce One. Once again it was exhilarating, exhilarating, more exhilarating then excruciating. I know a lot of coaster freaks are over the moon about ArieForce One - about the only other people riding it were maniacal masochists who were walking roller coaster encyclopedias. And I wouldn't mind working my way up to being a walking roller coaster encyclopedia but to be that I need to be able to walk. Love everything about ArieForce One until those bruising bunny hills at the finale. To me that ride is unmarathonable. Fortunately I did need to make good time on the road and I had lots of other fun things planned on this trip and I knew I would be spending a pretty penny so I didn't much mind the cash I sunk into that wristband. This Fun Spot is just so odd and its marquee attraction has a fatal flaw but I'll still give the place three stars. Here's to knowing when to say when.

I almost drove my personal car onto to the racetrack, I was so lost. Everything after that was awesome. The class was excellent and they do place special emphasis on pulling hard on the steering wheel to make sure it is seated. There is a youtube video showing the steering wheel coming off in the driver's hands, causing a crash. Also if you order a video, make sure to tell the person who takes you to your car that you paid for a video. Before you get out of the car, make sure you get your video. Take it to the checkout and have them play it back for you to make sure it works before leaving the track. My video worked but it was only out the front. The video of me driving the car didn't work, which really pissed me off. I wanted to see myself drive and I wanted others to see me driving the car. There was no sound from the spotter either. I would have loved to hear that on the video, along with me hollering how cool it was. I'll go back again. I'll probably budget for another 10 laps or 12-minute driving experience in the near future. It was 38 degrees that morning and windy, however, once you're in the car, all that goes away. I didn't feel anything but the G's.

I chose the 1st date with intention that if weather or something happened that caused that date to cancel I'd still have two more dates to fall back on. In March, my husband and took off from work and we drove the hour to the Atlanta Motor Speedway, the weather was nice. When we got there RW was not open. We called and the woman on the phone said, that they were indeed open so we drove around some more looking for this place that was supposedly open. Couldn't find anyone so we called again and informed the person on the phone that we didn't see anyone and this person told us it was cancelled due to weather, mind you it was sunny, but I understand, and that wasn't the problem. No one informed us, no email or phone call, but they made sure to send me an email asking me to rate my experience on the track (the I clearly wasn't able to do). They tell us that those other 2 options that were originally on the calendar were now cancelled as well leaving us with 0 chances to go to the Atlanta experience till "possibly October" - their words. So I purchased this in Novemeber, can't use it till maybe October and sadly the only new date that might possibly be available is the one date out of 4 available since last year that we will be unable to attend. Mind you, the experience I purchased expires 1 year from purchase date. What did RW say when I practically begged for a refund? "There are many locations across the country you can drive to one of them". Yet I receive weekly emails about experiences being offered but RW is refusing to let us use ours. I've literally never had such rude, uncaring customer service in my life., Both on the phone and through email. Unfortunately I also convinced another person to purchase the same experience I did so now am I burdened with guilt for her loss of money, and left with nothing but a large dent in my bank account for my husband's birthday.
