It was the 2nd time it happened thats why im complaining. The vapes costed me over 45 dollars a piece. The consumer shouldn't have to eat the company and sellers bad quality. I've been debating writing this review for the past year. normally I would let these things go but…read moreafter seeing how they treat their employees like they aren't worth a damn I need to say a few things. first, i cant give negative stars so you get a one. if you saw what I saw, heard what I heard, was treated how i was treated, then you'd avoid this shop like the plague. seriously cant even count the times i was told I was replaceable, and not just in a normal way but by explicitly saying they would hire migrant/undocumented labor that they would in turn not have to pay as much -their words not mine. I've been screamed at, berated in front of customers/other employees, and when I wrote down a laundry list of things that needed changing (like the blatant ableism-calling people autistic behind their backs, racism-check out their "Rasta man" ash trays, homophobia-gay used as a put down like its 2006, +normal things like fire hazards) they refused to listen. something else that they do is promote the smoking of weed on their premises. while thats fine for the customer and can be a great time in moderation, try having a level headed discussion as an employee to the owner about the faults of someones business when they are high out of their minds and wont remember half the things you bring up (also the manager was their dealer at some point so good luck with trying to talking to him). this place put me through hell and I hope anyone reading this considers another shop to buy/work at. thank you for your time reading this. P.S. sam & mody I know yall are seeing this and I hope your negligence catches up with you someday, have fun telling your employees to mass report this review like you did all the time when I was there.
