Love this place. This location has a good selection, but is somewhat geared towards the newcomers of vaping. I usually see people walking away with Egos and other pen-type vapes. Nonetheless, the staff is extremely helpful and quite patient during every step of the process when introducing new products to you. For example, Eugene took the time help me build a Kayfun tank after buying one from this shop. He didn't have to do that. I could've spent the time watching Youtube videos to get started, but we had it up and running within less than an hour. That was much appreciated. You will pay a bit more than what you get on the 'net, but it's worth having someone do the quality check for you at ecignvape, since there's so much junk on the internet. Since this place has a lot going for it already, I hope it see more selection in regards to juices (Higher VG than PG for drippers) and other components. Keep cloud chasin'. read more

Good selection of quality products and very knowledgeable staff. We went in to pick up a new Ego for my friend who was new to vaping. They spent tample time showing us the differences between all their products and made recommendations based on need, not on profit. They also had samples of everything (using sterile disposable mouthpieces) which was a nice touch. Deducted 1 star because they did seem a little overpriced but hey, everyone's gotta make a living. The person that helped me on Saturday was a complete mess. She had just came back from vacation and was still obviously in vacation mode. Person was not knowledgeable in her own store's juices and couldn't even tell me what was in it. I've asked for juices that are more in VG than PG and she directed me to her juices saying that they are all 70/30 VG/PG. I bought 3 bottles and tried it all at home and found that they were not even close to 70/30. Scammers. Lets others know to not trust anything from this shop without a proper label and percentages. That way we could sue for misleading customers in substance contents. read more

Prices on juice are ridiculously high here. 15 dollars for 15ml house juice is almost twice as expensive as other vape stores.

They have the best customer services. I bought a kayfun 4 there and loved it unfortunately there where a few problems with the pieces of it and I brought it back in and they replaced it with no qualms. They also have fantastic juice selections and atomizer, battery and coil selections. read more

When I came in with no idea how to coil my new hybrid vape they took the time to build it for me and show me how to do it myself next time around. Free of charge! Couldn't ask for more. The guy behind the counter (I didn't get his name) let me try some samples of different flavors and different vape units before I made a purchase. He walked me through how to set it up, how to fill it, and was able to answer all my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. Andrew was very kind , outgoing and helpful. He helped me remix a bottle of e vap juice so that it was the correct mixture for my new vape machine. I am not generally happy spending money on expensive electronics, however l was very happy to buy the juice and new vape machine from Andrew because he was honest and trustworthy and it was very obvious he cares about his customers well being and happiness with the products they purchase.
