Well we got what we wanted but the price went up and then we started to notice the imperfections here and there. Then one night we heard a crash and glass shattering. Turns out the the new shelves that where being held in with pins came loose from the wall and all my family picture frames broke, and I lost a blue glass candy dish that we inherited from my husbands grandmother. I was angry, and heartbroken!! At that moment we where done. So I reached out to Jeremy again, and told him the situation. Jeremy came to our home and gave us another bid. However this time it was to repair the multiple issues we had with the media wall, as well as some other home improvements like, a new side garage door installed, master bathroom door reversed entry, drywall repair, moulding repair, paint, and building NEW THICKER SHELVES !!! To say we absolutely love our media wall is an understatement !! We can not thank Jeremy enough!! and we plan to see him again for phase 2 of renovations. Actually make that for anything we will need in the future!! I highly recommend Jeremy and his crew because they do excellent work. In fact when our son came over, and saw all of the work Jeremy and his crew did, and the quality they put into their work, he decided to have Jeremy do his home repairs as well. Thank you Jeremy !!!

He came on-site to look at the work and give a quote. He ended up staying and doing the work right then and there. What would have taken me a full day (or more), took George 2 hours. He's easy to talk to, listens to what needs to be done, offers his advise, and his prices are very reasonable. After he finished, I inspected his work and it was perfect. We started with just a dog door installation, but quickly added items once we saw his quality and work level. Excellent general contractors are very valuable resources and contacts! Chris ended up painting our walls, ceilings, molding, doors, adding shelves to a closet and our kitchen pantry, installing a dog door and adding an electrical box and fan on our patio. Everything was completed quickly and of excellent quality. Installations look like they were built in originally with all lines and colors matching; wall colors are deep and rich with immaculate lines and seams. He is a very, very hard worker, whose efficiency level is unbelievable. He has skills and experience in many other areas including bathroom renovations which we will call him for in the future. And I'm going to reiterate here what my Dad always told me: "you get what you pay for." ...meaning, I would have first contacted someone with a lower hourly rate, but that probably would not have ended up leaving me with this flawless expertise Luis offers! First, he was available on a HOLIDAY! Responded promptly & professionally. Super convenient as I had the day off & another home consultation scheduled for later in the afternoon. I had a small handful of tasks needing help/attention. He was prompt to respond & offered his rates/terms up front, no hassle & extremely easy to schedule with. While I did have materials on hand, he suggested they wouldn't be as sufficient in the long term, so I genuinely appreciated he came to inspect & then went to purchase any additional materials based on the consultation. ...and from there, I let him do his art! The entirety wasn't a big ask- 3 smaller tasks of replacing a closet dowel hanger, placing patio string lights & mounting a tapestry quilt. The biggest caveat of this was the kitchen pantry storage cabinet American Furniture delivered, needing assembly. I already knew this would not be possible for me to maneuver, solo. And, I am SO glad I decided to seek a professional to construct this because it took him a good minute! Even better, he went above & beyond to anchor this piece to the wall, seeing it was not fully sturdy due to the tile flooring pattern. He communicated arrival ahead. Had literally ALL of the supplies & materials needed on hand outside of what needed to be included in the consult. He worked independently & extremely quiet (aside from the necessary power tools)- I barely noticed! ...and absolutely acknowledged my senior kitty who curiously wanted to "supervise". The job did take a bit longer than anticipated, but that was due to the beast of pantry cabinet assembly. I am SO happy with the services & I feel like the hourly rate/pricing is definitely on par for the quality & expertise provided. And, he took diligence to haul any scraps/waste out to the dumpster- leaving literally no trace behind. It was very convenient paying via Zelle transfer. Cash is also accepted, cards have a 3% fee. I would highly recommend, and will be bookmarking to save this in my collection because I will most certainly seek Luis for any future handyman services. I hired Travis who is the Bambam Handyman to do some work on a rental home. He was easy to…read morecommunicate with which was nice. The initial job was to install new bathroom faucets and conduct some drywall repairs with texture to match. The texture matched better than I could have done, but still was slightly noticeable that it was repaired. He did the jobs as required, but said he did not have any cleaning products so the new faucets were installed over the old calcium mildew gunk. He said he scrapped one that was bad, but did not clean them. To me that is just the normal thing to do is clean off the surface you will be installing a new product on, but I digress as I never requested that specifically to be completed. Travis was then hired for a second job involving sanding, painting, and hanging four interior doors with hinges and hardware & installing and painting a baseboard piece and two corners. First he charged per hour rather than a flat rate. So keep this in mind as if he runs into any delays etc you are writing a blank check. If you use him, be sure to get a firm preferably flat rate quote so you know your out of pocket cost. I had to leave while he was still finishing the last job. I was unable to inspect prior to him leaving. Needless to say i went back later and inspected. I found their to be a few issues that he did not remember to do or did incorrectly. The side of the garage/kitchen door had to be sanded and he said he would paint it, but never did. The baseboard and two corner pieces were installed, but they were left halfway completed. There was no caulk or additional paint added. They were left with big gaps. The interior door handles on a couple doors were installed upside down. Just another oversight on his behalf. He offered to come fix the issues aforementioned, but since this is not his main job and is only a side gig, his schedule is pretty much only open on weekends. When he offered to come by and fix the issues, he ended up not calling to advise he wouldn't make it, but rather sent an email apologizing that he was not going to make it. So all in all he is a nice guy who can do jobs, but I would get specific with everything you want completed in writing for an exact cost ahead of time. Then make sure you are there to inspect and approve of the finished job. Then if any issues are identified, have them fixed immediately as his schedule can be difficult to work with. He hung it, and explained to us the reason the box came with white gloves, and showed us the process of how the light goes in. Our headboard arrived while he were here and he also made the time to put it on our bed for us without hesitation. He is going to be our go to handyman for everything! Couldn't meet a nice guy! I would recommend Travis to anyone. I have already given his phone number to my parents who need some things done around their house. A year later and Travis answered our call again!
