Job- Came on time. Completed job quickly and to what was pre-discussed. Overall appears to be ok work; difficult to assess long term, hopefully cracks in the beam in the pics are cosmetic and will hold up outdoors but I did spend my time filling them in and the major ones were there when he was completing the job (and other cracks showed up later), so those seen should have been taken care of as part of replacement or should have purchased better quality materials. Cost- Received multiple quotes and was comparable to another company, higher than a three others but sometimes you get what you pay for. Paid the little extra based on reviews, responsiveness and ease of scheduling & communicating. Professionalism- Started talking about current events, which I don't care about, but I didn't really care since it was not affecting the work getting done and if kept generalized and cordial. Won't post what was said but made a comment directed and personal to my family which was not appreciated.
