Highly recommend this place! My husband took his utility truck in to get a high end alarm system installed. He has about $10k worth of tools and needed a reliable alarm system. This alarm is amazing! It has remote start, gps to track the truck in case it gets stolen. You can customize it, we have it set up where it unlocks the truck when you approach it. We had a stereo installed that comes with rearview cameras, CarPlay and maps. Lastly, we also installed LED lights in the interior for easy access to all the tools. BEWARE!!! they work quick so that's great, but they are not forthcoming with information , they are open till 6 but their systems mysteriously shut down at 5 pm, and they 10000% OVERCHARGE you for calibration apts, Super street auto care(down the street) charges 50$ while they charge 180$!?! also they don't take cash or tap to pay, so you BETTER have a credit card. i honestly hate this place, they have turned me down for the last time, it's always SOMETHING with this place. good riddance!!! read more

Super impressed with this shop. They installed new speakers and an amp in my new car. The new system is booming! It's crystal clear and it sounds like a concert in my car. They were very professional and honest. The install are all super clean no wire splicing or exposed wires. They made all my speakers plug/play and also hid my wires like it never existed. Got my 2007 Mustang fitted with a remote start system by Compustar. Guys did a great job, and even said that they soldered it in instead of hooking up to the pre-existing cables from a previous install. Wish they didn't charge me full-price for labor though. Great customer service so far! I called there about a week ago to ask for an install quote after ordering my son subwoofers for his truck (a birthday surprise). I wasn't sure if he would need an additional amplifier since he already has aftermarket speakers, and they asked me to bring the truck in so they could take a look at it, no appointment needed. My son's birthday was yesterday, so first thing this morning we headed over and Daniel took a look at everything with us. The subs, the existing amp, even the wiring under the hood...and he was so thorough and extremely helpful! My son wants to attempt installing it all on his own (to save some money as he is only 17) once he has enough money saved up for the additional amp he needs. Daniel explained in detail what my son needs to do, showed us the existing wiring that is no good, the existing wiring that is great to use, etc. We haven't even paid Eclipse Audio for any products or services yet, but will definitely go to them in the near future! Right off the bat these are nice guys so that's always a plus. I bought my own sound system online and ran all the wires myself to save some money and had them hook up the stereo. They sold me the wrong stereo adapter wire kit, had to drive all the way back to get another one. Once everything was installed he said that my amp I bought wouldn't work. (Even though I made sure it was going to work when I called Rockville customer service) He had no idea how to tune a amplifier! He was just twisting knobs left and right hoping I would get sound in my car. I was kinda baffled because you would think they can set gain using math and a multimeter. Bull shit! I peeled out of there pretty quick! I tried audio source on Highway 99 those guys know what they're doing, tuned by new sound system (amp, crossover, stereo) in like 15 minutes! For 20$ that's right only 20$! So unless your trying to install something simple in your car I would probably stay away from these guys. Once again, very nice guys but if they had more knowledge of what their doing, would benefit lots more. read more

Very friendly family business. I came in expecting to spend a couple hundred dollars for new speakers and an install. Daniel and John (father and son) discovered that my entire door paneling was loose--barely bolted--which was causing the rattle (which I assumed was a speaker issue). I would not have known the difference, but they were super straight up about it and even fixed the paneling. Customer service is so bad. Do not waste your time - hostile/ rude family owned business. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I'm not usually one to you write bad reviews as i don't feel it necessary. Over the last year I've had multiple hostile appointments using eclipse audio for recalibration. Not even two weeks after I initially had the device installed in my vehicle (their son) - only tech there installed the device. Two weeks later my brand new Car - just purchased off the lot... is throwing a "Maintenance code" I took it to dick Hannah for service and they explained to me it was something the tech did upon installation that set off the code. Luckily the dealership was able to fix it, and the light had t returned. They always give a new mouth piece after time of service. Generally it's only ONE piece. I've had multiple times when other people have drive my car and for that reason alone, I would of needed a new mouth piece. At my next visit I asked if I could have an extra mouth piece, the husband declined. I asked again but this time offered to pay for the extra piece, he declined again and then his wife chimes in and suggest I could get another piece else where. I had just decided to let this go and deal with what was as it wasn't worth my time. At MULTIPLE different visits when ONLY the husband would be working after my car was done being serviced. He would hand me a handful of new mouth pieces - as If he didn't want his wife to know Back in February, My car was involved in a hit a run while parked. I needed to drop my car off at the dealership to get the damaged me repaired - it was going to be there for almost 3 weeks. Since Washington does not give out codes for the devices... the tech at the dealership asked if I could get ten or so mouth pieces and they would be willing to work with the device in the vehicle. The owners at eclipse audio again refused me mouth pieces AFTER explaining my situation and offering to pay for them. Since they refused, I literally had to go back and forth to the dealership every single day to start my car for the technician. I had to leave work to start my car, I had to set things aside with my 5 year old daughter to go to the dealership to start my vehicle at a moments notice. Recently I had a device lock out for not getting my vehicle in for service on time (oops, I forgot) Upon having it towed there, my new car got scratched Pretty good, I work as a vet tech so my hours are long and hard. I just worked a 15 hour shift and to top it off it was one of the first hottest days of the year.... upon arrival with my vehicle I was already a little peeved about the events that happened. The tow truck driver let my car off the rack to far away from the garage where the drive could reach the computer. And since my car wouldn't start I had to get it jumped/ by passed to move it. I did not have any cables with me. When I asked the owners last if they had some I could barrow (the wife) they refused to let me use theirs. I had to call AAA to com all the way back to jump start my car, as the owners were just being rude in their refusal. Even after explaining to her I had to get back to work and I'm gonna be late now. That was just the icing on the cake. On Saturday, my vehicle was MAYBE 2 days within lock out. I arrived at there shop at 3:18pm - they are to close at 4pm. NO WHERE ON THIER WEBSITE OR did they verbally tell me that they stop servicing vehicles at 3pm and since they are closed sundays I started to panic as my vehicle would lock out AGAIN if I couldn't get it serviced today. I asked the wife please after explaining my situation - she declined because "if something went wrong and recalibration took too long, she doesn't want to be here after close" My natural instincts went from nice to fight or flight mode and my attitude took over when I tried to ask her again... when they declined indefinitely. I had not had a day off in 5 days, working 15 hr shifts, and this was the only time I could find to get my vehicle to them as rushed to get there from work. I walked away in tears, and as I turned my back the husband makes a snide remark "it's not our fault you got a dui" Congratulations! You've managed to make me feel like complete shit. Today, I returned as soon as I woke up - pray my vehicle would have enough time to get it down there! Upon arrival the women was so horrible to me and refused me service because I gave her business one star on a google review. She knew my car was only minutes away from being locked out and still refused me service. Kindly, I asked please can they service my vehicle one last time and I'll go somewhere else for service. She declined and said "nope, I just don't want too. You have me one star in google" Walked away in tears again - just enough time to get my vehicle back to my driveway. Great experience - would highly recommend this local business. The sound stopped coming out of my speakers, the radio appeared to still work but no sound. Stopped by the first time to just see what it could be, they checked a few things and then said it could be one of two things. Since end of the day and I had other things to do, I made appointment to return. Upon return, the issue was identified and electronic unit replaced and music played! I just had the worst experience of any type of customer service of my life. I was yelled at by an adult male - so much so that I cried and had to tell him if he didn't stop I would have to call my father down there. I am filing a complaint with the Business Bureau and getting ahold of the owner. I am going to tell everyone I know about this experience as it left me shaking. I am in shock of the way I was treated and when I left I asked for his name he said Daniel and I told him I have never been yelled at by a grown man before in my life - he muttered sorry and walked off.....unbelievable. Had Daniel install a sub in my wife's car. He was helpful in picking out accessories for s great price. He was super polite, timely and respectful. The install looks clean and no wires or evidence of an install. He adjusted the audio settings and explained all of the new features with a sit down tutorial. Had an issue with the factory self adjusting noise system causing the sub to rumble. I brought in the next morning and he fixed the issue in under 10 mins. I would recommend eclipse audio to family and friends. I also will be coming back myself for new additions to system and for the warm smile and family atmosphere of his shop.
