Tried the regular wand bay and put in 5 bucks and hit presoak and it sputtered and blew air and mist a few times and that was it so switched over to soap wash and no soap. So basically I paid 5 bucks for a rinse and another dollar to dry. About a month ago I went there and they had quite a few features out of order in the wash bays like tire wheel cleaner etc....If you want to blow money and have a dirty car afterwards then this is your place to go. Every single visit turns into a sales pitch before you can even get through the gate, no matter how many times you say "no." It's uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. On top of that, the actual wash quality isn't worth the money. My car came out with spots still on it, and the vacuums barely worked. For what they charge -- especially considering how aggressive they are about upselling -- you'd expect a much better experience. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. The constant pressure to sign up for a membership completely ruins what should be a quick, simple car wash.
