We were referred to Dan by AV Party Rentals because we originally thought we needed extensive pipe and drape for our wedding decoration. Dan organized our thoughts into a coherent vision and beautiful look for our backyard space. To say that Dan was pivotal is an understatement. He took initiative in ways that answered questions we didn't even know we had and communicated clearly and in a timely manner. He made us feel genuinely cared for as a couple going through the process of planning a wedding. Dan is passionate about giving clients the benefit of his experience and design eye. In our case, that meant pursuing less expensive/profitable options than we'd originally expected. He guided us to other high quality vendors even when he didn't stand to gain financially. No ice for Coolers. ( broken ) No water or beverage cart on course. Actually dangerous. Be better. Skip this one.

The one thing everyone remembered of our party was the food, in particular the BBQ Lamb Chops! We ordered salads and appetizers, cold and hot. And had pass around BBQ kabobs. And dessert and fruit. Hasmiks' staff cooked the BBQ on site. It was perfect! Staff count was perfect, I lost count of the servers, but it was plenty. Also had kitchen staff, and 2 bartenders. Perfect size. Instead of calling us liars maybe you should of contacted us to ask how we were affected by those who you chose to associate with. Secondly, regardless if you had access to the home owner or not the facts remain that the vendor you hired did not pick up their merchandise as instructed and at the end of the day it was your company that did the clean up the following day after numerous calls and texts. Clean up that could of happened day of the party or even night of, but again did not happen until we told you we would once again handle and remove the property from the home. Again, completely unacceptable. Finally, your approach of blaming the victim, instead of taking ownership and responsibility for those you hire or partner with is again a clear indication of your lack of professionalism and experience.
