When I first came to Yvette earlier this year I had brassy orange tones all over given that I was transition to blonde or was making the attempt with over hairstyles that were just damaging my hair. Now Yvette came to me as a referral through a good friend this was mid April and I been going back ever since. She was honest and straight forward with me saying the color I wanted to get too wasn't going to be in one sitting (wanted silver hair) FYI now have silver hair thanks to her she explained it would take multiple session to get to that tone and that she want bleaching my hair right away due to her not working on me in the past so she didn't know what was used or what my hair can take, she was basically going to get to know my hair before we went that far and we did now I have the color I want I love her service her hospitality and everything that comes with her she is very professional and full of knowledge and if there is something she isn't sure of she isn't afraid to ask her coliges which is great because it shows she is willing keep to further her career To wrap this up I would totally recommend Yvette to anyone who wants to go from a drastic change or small change she knows what she is doing, patient is key people you can't go in there with dark hair and expect blonde in one sitting !! Maria very nice lady but f'd up my hair so bad lol I had been trying to grow out my hair and was getting my hair cut regularly with someone else to keep split ends from happening. I did box dye my hair black 2 years prior to getting my hair colored with Maria but since then was using hair products to keep it healthy and shiny my hair was already halfway down my back. After I got my hair done with her i went home and noticed that the hair color looked uneven. Parts of my hair looked way lighter than the rest. I wanted to say something nice because the stylist was kind and did a good job with my hard to manage hair, but I was overcharged for the service. I went in for a style (basic curls) that normally costs thirty five dollars a Regis or Carlton's (just about everywhere I've been to) much higher end salons. Forty five dollars to wash my hair with cheap shampoo and curls is unacceptable. The salon is not in the same condition as the ones I'm accustomed to go, yet I tried to give them a chance because I was impressed by the pictures on Instagram, but to be charging their clients what they do ridiculous.
