It was $35 for a one-time service and they happen to be in my area the following day. I paid over the phone via credit card and was instructed to leave my bins out. The following day, a utility truck pulled in front of my house around noon and got down to business. I watched from the windows (like a creeper, I know) and the service was quick and efficient (I think it was done in 15 mins?). When I went out to pull my bins in, there was a sticker on it saying that the bins were serviced and while your trash bins are never going to smell like the inside of Bath & Body Works, it smelled and looked almost like brand new bins! They normally clean them at your house but since we shared a driveway with our neighbors, Ebar offered to come take our trash cans and clean them off site. Pick up was easy; they grabbed them in the morning and brought them back a few hours later. I wish I had taken a before photo because I was so impressed by how spotless and clean our trash cans were when they came back. They even had a nice scent from whatever cleaning agent they used. It's like I received brand new trash cans!! I felt the price was very fair for the same day pick up, cleaning, and drop off. I also greatly appreciate someone who stands behind their business. The owner took care of the cost of the cleaning but would not cover the oven handle replacement. In there defense, They covered the more expensive cost (the cleaning instead of the oven handle) which is admirable and he did try to contact me multiple times after from which I did not have the time to deal with the situation any longer (we sold the condo). Overall, I wouldn't rule them out as a cleaner but I would ensure you have a list ahead of time of the specific jobs that need to be done. Thank you to the owner for him caring enough to reach out.
