Every time I drop off a blanket that needs dry cleaning, I ask that they don't wash and dry the blanket, and to please only dry clean it. The blankets still come back shrunken. This has happened many times and from now on, I will not bring my blankets to them. The manager (Lou) used to be very hands-on there, but I've been told that he no longer deals with the individual cleaners, and prefers that his "managers" deal with customers. This is unfortunate as I think he's become out of touch with the quality that's taking place there.

Rebecca was very nice. She greeted me. I asked her about the Refresh 24 laundry bags and she told me they were free. She even attached a plastic name label onto my bag. I am going to write a follow up review once I get the shirts back but I just didn't want to wait. It's always nice to share good news about local merchants doing right by the customer so I wanted to share this. I am really excited to get my shirts back!!
