    this owner of this LLC with his cell phone 540-486-8279 is a ones man operation…read more he came to my house in October within a day of calling him to assist with mouse issue coming from kitchen. he was quick to respond and charge $350 for half hour of his time. he did not move the oven to check behind or checked anywhere In the kitchen. he goes around the house and sprays some foam on the deck claiming he saw hole there. he then leaves. he said I have 6 months guarantee if mouse returns and he will come back at no extra cost. few weeks later mouse back coming from under oven. called him he said his office will arrange appointment. did not happen. for a month had to deal with mouse infestation still. texted, emailed and complained on thumbtack app but he never came. after one month and a half I contracted with private pest control and $555 for great guy who ripped the kitchen apart and found holes on the wall where mice were entering from. he put metal and closed al holes. this happened oct/nov timeframe and until today not a single mouse in. this personnel is not honest nor does he do good job. I wasted $350 and he refuses to refund it back for services not rendered. beware of his services. not worth it

    A 5 for tech Karen but score pulled down by changes in service and price over the years…read more We have has Home Team for several years first with Pest and then Termite service. I'venotived over the years price increases and some cut back in service such as putting traps and baits which other Pest Companies provide. I have been tempted with other providers offering the same ormore services at lesser costs but the only freason we have kept Home Team is its technician for the area Karen who works diligently, is very pleasant and keeps homeowners informed. This service I notices someone else so should she leave, we may consider another firm that provides the "extras"we received but now don't. Always hard to understand when prices go up and services go down. So kudos to Karen who is excellent at her job. She represents the Compay well and I hope she is appreciated by them. The few times I have had to deal with the Home office its been hit of miss with customer service.

We were paying full service costs yet tech didnt check the outdoor centricon units, I offered pictures for proof, he did not remove cobwebs as per contract, and so forth....I complained again and they made up an excuse to let us go AFTER 13 years of service and 100% on time payment. I would not trust this company as they put their techs above the customer. I would not recommend them due to their shady billing for services not performed and how they treat an excellent customer who just wanted good services.

The sales guy indicated this was a treatment they provide, so I proceeded to sign an annual contract. Each treatment proved to be as ineffective as the first, and had zero impact on killing the carpenter bees. Over a year later and they are as active as ever. The "office" extended a courtesy treatment a few weeks ago, but again, it had no impact. I then reached out to the office for a refund, and they flat-out refused. I could get into many more details, but bottom line, stay away!!!

    Extremely frustrating experience! We got serviced twice for the same bird call. We cited the two…read morevents that needed to be serviced one kitchen exterior and bathroom interior . The bathroom fan smell and suspicion of bird up there was our main concern. The first crew "got" all the birds and left without checking the bathroom. Called that night reporting a strong smell still lingered and sounds of a loud squawking from the fan. The second crew came out next day and found one bird in the exterior vent, and was captured being asked to come inside to inspect and service, but then "professionally" (less than a minute) turned off and on the fan to "solve" the warranty call . The day after the second service, the bird was found by myself on at the entrance of the bathroom exhaust fan by uninstalling it ( took 3 minutes) that the crews both times ignored. I called the service because I am pregnant and should not be on a ladder and was super worried about the disease that could be flowing through my house. Call was placed 5/2 and not scheduled till 4 days later 5/6 the first time and 1 day later 5/7 the second time. So this company left us almost a week with this problem when other company's for the same price of $499 would have done it the same day. We even provided a tip for the guys because we had faith in the service industry instead we got half of the effort. We have doorbell cameras on both front and back that luckily made us aware of this blatant disregard for our concerns so that we did not feel like karen customers when reaching out to management. Current status of the concern: Management and Service department gave only partial refund and have pushed back warranty service til 5/15. So an extra week of dead bird smell was the solution.
