The next morning a trap had caught a raccoon, once I told them about the raccoon it took them 3 days to actually release it from the cage (borderline animal cruelty). They only had the traps set 5 days (3 days with a raccoon in it) when I called back to ask for the traps to be placed back out they at first refused unless we paid another $350. After explaining my position they reluctantly agreed to come back out for 3 more days (this time to say there is no guarantee the traps will work). They agreed to come out on 9/18/17, today is 9/21/17 and I've heard nothing from anyone there. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Go with someone else, they are not worth your time or money!

Worst Customer service! I have been using Elite for over a year and for the most part was…read moresatisfied with my service up until this past spring summer. I won't bore you with all the minor discrepancies - but must share what is baffling a company wanting to stay in good standing would even do. Two weeks ago I took off a half day work for a service. Elite was due to arrive within a two hour window. 10 min after that window expired they called and said they were having truck issues and had to reschedule. I said Really? You had the same thing happen last time (2 months prior) and had to reschedule on me . She said sorry , we are training a new person and he doesn't know the area yet. Confused , I was thinking so your truck is broke or your new guy is lost ? What it is? Whatever .... I reschedule for the following week - today between 10-12. I got TWO appointment reminders yesterday saying they would be here between 11-1. Ok- no big deal. At 12:55 I get a phone call from the secretary saying she was just informed Elite is no longer servicing my area and won't be coming . Who does this ? I am outraged to say the least that a company would do this 5 min prior to their scheduled arrival time. You people are horrible humans and don't deserve to be in business!
