MUST READ UPDATE on HORRIBLE OWNER CONTACT EXPERIENCE on yelp: The owner contacted me on yelp and I want to share how UNPROFESSIONAL he is, how he ACCUSES ME OF LYING, and HOW HE MAKES ASSUMPTIONS ABOUT MY WIFE. He tries to turn things around and blame us. I will include quotes from his messages, and if you want just message me and I can forward you the entire messages too so you can personally see what kind of person he is, how he treats his customers, and judge for yourself. We just booked a ride to the airport and have no reason to lie but he is deluding himself into thinking that we are making false accusations and are lying. Why would we do that? Why would we lie? I booked a ride for my wife in Oct., they did not show up at the PICK UP TIME so I called them, they responded in an unfriendly manner, they showed up late, the driver was unfriendly, the driver CHARGED THE CARD WHILE IS WAS DRIVING in the airport which IS NOT SAFE. My wife asked for a business card to identify the driver, he claimed he did not have one. I wrote the review in Feb. The owner contacts me asks for info and offers a free ride. I reply that I am not interested in the free ride because they were rude on the phone and I would rather not deal with rude people. I tell him this was in Sept. 2014 (I was wrong, I wrote the review 4 months after the event, it was Oct.). He then messages me saying that I have to give him my card number to prove that this actually happened or he is going to assume that it did not happen and ask to remove it from yelp (which he can't do but I humor him). He also offers twice the money back (which I doubted and he did not refund) for the info, I give him the info because he accused me of lying and I AM NOT A LIAR, MY WIFE IS NOT A LIAR, WE HAVE NO REASON TO LIE. First the owner admits that I actually am a customer of his, LOL. Pick up time was 11:30 so I called and asked where he was. Dispatch contacted the driver at 11:38 and he finally showed up AFTER THAT. Owner replies: "Driver was contacted immediately as per our record dispatch spoke with him at 11:38 am. Based on computed time, it implies driver was in the neighborhood. Now your scheduled pickup time was at 11:30 am. So we are missing roughly 8 minute from (11:30-11:38) our record shows he was within your complex and there are two possibilities here. 1. He was already there waiting by your house or someone else or 2.Still looking for the correct address. If you did not see him at your address that leads us to the second option, which is plausible. because it happened before." He turns it around and assumes my wife didn't see him. What a joke, she was prepared and looking outside waiting for him. He brushes off the FACT that he was late and mistakenly assumes the dispatch contact time was the time he arrived which is FALSE. The driver was NOT FRIENDLY to my wife, he states "then why would your wife tip him 15%" I'll tell you why she tipped him, because she is a nice and shy person and not heartless. We try not to be rude to people so we tip even when service is bad. Why would we lie about the driver? Then he goes on to say that my wife was charged in the airport but the car was standing because geotagging shows the card was charged in the airport. No, you are wrong sir, MY WIFE WAS THERE, yes she was in the airport but the driver was still driving when he charged her. Guess what genius, geotagging does not indicate motion! And why would my wife lie about this? When she told me I found it ridiculous. He then says that it is very unlikely that the driver did not have a business card, implying that my wife is lying. I think this shows the driver did not want to be identified. His response to the driver being unfriendly and that he charged my wife while driving? He states that "your accusation is merit-less based upon their records". Wrong, you are making INCORRECT ASSUMPTIONS based off of your records. He also thinks that I am confusing his cab service with another one because I initially said this happened in September. I did not get a cab in September, I said that by accident because this happened last year and I did not remember the exact date. I have the records to show that we did not use any cab service in September. There was no other cab service. This is what he wrote: "Transportation took place in October not in September. Due to inconsistency it implies mostly likely we were the lucky ones to have one star for some other company's unprofessional act." NO, it was YOUR company that was unprofessional. And you are continuing to be unprofessional. I am just reporting the HORRIBLE SERVICE your company and you provided. Your response is defensive, passive aggressive and is trying to put blame on us. We cleared up the date and there was no other cab company. You are trying to delude yourself into thinking you are not at fault. Stop trying to turn your mistakes around and blame your customer. read more

They are very outstanding, professional, punctual, reliable! They are as good as a first class limo service but being green !!! The entire trip to airport just became a new experience ! The car is an state of the art upscale, spacious, brand new Prius with leather interior, super clean and very quiet ride. It has been almost 3 years since I wrote my first review on Eco-Limo. Wow - I can't believe it has been that long. Just now, I called them yet again to pick us knowing we can "depend on them" to take us to the airport. (They know we maybe able to get on an earlier flight) We have been "ONLY" using Eco-Limo these past 3 years for all of our transport needs knowing they are going to take all the stress away. One of the funniest times we had with them was when our family was taking a long 10 day vacation (imagine the luggage of our daughter's alone who are 18 and 21) they were so awesome getting us to the airport. Again, setting the tone for our trip AND we had to go through all that airport construction. We were in the best moods when we got to the airport laughing. No matter what our stress level have been getting ready, as soon as we get in the car with Eco-Limo they manage to take it all away...they also arrive early, take our bags put us at ease and just set the tone. They did that for us 3 years ago when we first used them when we had a family emergency and have for us ever since. We will continue to us Eco-Limo as long as they are in business and we are traveling! In my haste I had given them my sister's old phone number, but they handled the mistake with wonderful grace and picked my sister up on time. I have never used a cab company before and was nervous until I read all the great reviews. I called a week ahead for a trip I had coming up and setting up was easy. On the scheduled day I had received a text about 15 minutes before he was to arrive letting me know he was in traffic but on the way. Loved that!! When he arrived he was very courteous, friendly and helped load our luggage. The car was surprisingly big inside and was very clean. We got to the airport in plenty of time and he made sure we were near our gate since there was construction going on at the terminal. In Euless and was leaving for my hotel around 10:00pm. Wasn't certain if I would find any available cabs. Joseph arrived quickly. We were surprised at the Prius and got a great education on the car and insights into the company vision. EXCELLENT!!! I used Eco-Taxi based on the great reviews they got here onb Yelp. I've traveled into DFW several times since May 2011 and I've used Eco-Taxi at least 6 times. Before I found them I used the taxis from the airport taxi stand. Twice other taxi drivers scammed me. One charged almost over $50 for a ride that shouldn't be over $30. Another was dirty, had no air, then wouldn't take my credit card when I was dropped off at my hotel! Eco-Taxi is reliable. They have clean cars in and out. The cars are all hybrids (Prius) so they're better for the environment than the big V-8's the other guys use. Free wi-fi in the cars if you need it. The drivers are always clean, courteous and understandable. They're honest! They charge a flat fee, so you're never surprised. They don't roll their eyes when you whip out a credit card, let alone an AmEx card! I've referred them to co-workers who now use them exclusively when a taxi is needed. Please give them a try! I made a reservation for Eco-Limo to pick me up and take me to DFW airport. The reservation was made several days in advance. The morning of my flight, they didn't show up. I called their phone number after waiting about 10 minutes, and it went to voicemail. After leaving a voicemail with my name and phone number and message that I was waiting by the curb, I waited another five minutes, called again, and the voicemail box was full. I trusted from all the raving reviews and my conversation with the company that they would pick me up as promised. I had to drive to the airport myself so I wouldn't miss my flight. Would not recommend (unless you also have a back-up option in case they don't pick you up, either). read more

The gentleman was right on time. He loaded up all of our luggage and the cab was clean and fresh. He was very courteous and kind and did his best to make the ride enjoyable. Additionally he got us to our terminal 5 minutes earlier than we needed to. I thought $35 for a ride from 360 in Euless to DFW was a little high but I don't travel that often and we had 5 pieces of luggage including my golf clubs. Wow...wow!!! Ok, so we got to the hotel late and asked the front desk for a reliable cab Company. They gave us a number for one of the local companies but I decided to look up reviews on yelp instead. I called them at 6 AM and he asked if he could be at our hotel at 8 AM for us to be at the airport on time. They told me it would not be a problem and the driver would be there on time. At around 7:50 o'clock we went to the lobby and waited outside for the driver to show up,three minutes prior to him showing up we received a text message saying that he would be there in three minutes. I cannot believe it within three minutes a black Toyota Prius pulled in and the driver grabbed our bags and loaded it into the car. The driver was extremely friendly and got us to the airport with time to spare. I would definitely recommend this company, and I would definitely use them again!! read more

Eco-cab has always been on time and courteous. The driver always remembers me and goes out of his way to make it pleasant which is often hard because I travel weekly and when a flight gets delayed excessively and you arrive at 3 am, you aren't always in the best of moods. They aren't as expensive as the normal sedan services and drive Eco-friendly Prius. They are now my weekly drivers after switching through many services to find the right one. read more

I was going to be in Fort Worth for a very short stay and needed a reliable company to transport me from my hotel to an important hospital appointment, wait for me and then take me to DFW. I checked out taxi companies on Yelp and, after reading the reviews, I decided that Eco Limo was the best option. I called, talked to Joe and booked my ride. On the morning of my appointment, Joe showed up early at my hotel, dropped me off at the hospital and waited around until I texted him that I was on my way out. He then picked me up at the building entrance and whisked me off to the airport. It was a pleasure to ride with such a personable driver; Joe told me that all of his drivers have bachelor degrees and that his degree is in physics...interesting conversation ensued. This was a far, far different experience than my taxi ride from DFW to my hotel the day prior and the cost was pretty much the same as a cab; I wish I'd booked Eco Limo both ways! If I return to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, I will definitely be calling Joe; based on my experience, the Eco Limo five star rating is well-deserved. read more

I paid $40.50 for the ride to the DFW Airport. The driver did not have any receipts with him and asked me if he could send the receipt to my email address. Regrettably, I said yes. And later, I did receive the receipt, but it showed an amount of only $35 was rec'd, NOT what I actually paid the driver. Seeing the discrepancy, I electronically indicated my feedback, i.e., I was unhappy with the service. However, this time I booked them for a pickup for my elderly mother to get to the airport for an international flight, They didn't show up - when we called them, the driver claimed he was stuck in traffic, but had made no effort to let us know. I called Eco-Limo to schedule a car to take my Mom from DFW to her home as her ride was falling through last minute. I scheduled it all over the phone from LA, the driver was there at baggage claim to help her with ALL the bags she packed and got her home safely. She was very happy with the driver. To boot, the driver called me (without me requesting) once he had her in the car just to assure me that she was safe and he would deliver her at her home.
