I'd heard of GM Transportation, but my clients always had transportation arranged prior to our meetings, so I had not arranged airport transportation with them before. As a frequent user of transportation services, I have to admit I've grown rather selective in those I choose to utilize for those transportation services. I place customer service at an absolute premium. As such, I must say I'm quite shocked to read the negative review below. Because in my experience, GM transportation in Irving, Texas has provided service that has been nothing short of stellar. I have driven with GM transportation a total of 15 times in the past nine months. I believe the frequency of my reservations reflects how satisfied I am by the quality of the experience. Twice I have used the town car limo service for intimate gatherings. Far more often I've utilized the large suburban when traveling in a larger group. I have been driven exclusively by a driver by the name of Mike. Mike is extremely courteous, punctual and respectful. I was blown away by his professionalism. He also was quite witty and kept me laughing my entire trip. I really appreciated the sense of camaraderie when riding with him. Not only did he get me where I wanted to go in a timely manner, but he made the drive all the more enjoyable with his great sense of humor. Punctuality. Incredibly competitive rates (the lowest I have found here in the DFW area). And drivers like Mike who not only exude professionalism, but know how to keep their customers entertained. The company I work for has held its annual IT conference in Plano, TX both in 2015 and 2016. We chose GM Transport to transfer up to 200 attendees from the airports (Dallas Fort Worth and Dallas Love Field) to the hotel and back again after the conference. The first time in 2015, we selected GM Transport from the companies in the area and in 2016 we chose them because they are great to work with and they did such an awesome job for us in 2015. GM's customer service is nothing short of wonderful both from an organizer and from an attendee's perspective (we surveyed the attendees after the conference). I coordinated the transport needs for our attendees. The incoming transfers went without a hitch with no one having to wait for their transfer to the hotel and I got some compliments on how courteous the drivers were (and I second that). The return trips were full of our altered requirements some very last minute and I swear Getty & Dino have nerves of steel given the juggling I asked them to do - and they succeeded every time! I used GM Transportation for my wedding in September of 2013. I could not be more pleased with the service I was provided. The great service started when I called to book my reservation. The lady on the phone was so sweet and they gave me an outstanding rate!!! The driver was very professionally dressed and on time. The drive was waiting on us to make our departure and held the door open for us patiently as we said good bye to all of our friends and family. He was energetic, polite, positive, and willing to do anything for us. He made a quick stop for us even and drove us through Taco Bell because we were starving :) He was so sweet and we were so lucky to have him as our driver on our wedding night. Recently hired GM Transportation for airport transfers for my two previous flights, one out of DFW Airport and another at Love Field. Service was quick and reliable, only took me a few minutes to arrange the pickup over the phone. They gave me a fair fixed rate and performed as expected--they picked me up on time and got me to the airport in time for my flight. GREAT EXPERIENCE!! My wife and I wanted to go to a Cowboys game but did not want to hassle with the pricey parking, traffic, etc. We decided to have someone drive us there and pick us up. I'm a senior citizen who still works. I entertain at events and parties and have to lug some equipment around to my gigs. Unfortunately I have back problems and it's painful to walk. Last night I was at the Hyatt Regency at DFW Airport. I finished the gig and returned to the garage, but couldn't find my car. I was literally on my last legs when TEDDY of GM TRANSPORTATION spotted me and realized I was in distress. He immediately put me into his limo and we drove around the garage until we found my car.
