I had an appointment at 2:30, but found that they came and hour early when I wasn't home. They came on my property and did the job anyway. However, I have small children and don't want anything that kills anything next to my babies who still suck their thumbs and roll around in the grass outside. I told them on the phone initially I wanted just the perimeter of the property done. They did the house perimeter. Right around where my kids are. I told them I was disappointed and frankly quite upset that they had come on my property without my permission and did a job that I did not approve, and they said too bad, you still owe us. Bad customer service in my opinion.

They guarantee their service, but they make it impossible to return. I needed early morning or late afternoon, we the tech thought that was funny and said he does the hotels in the morning, they could Schedule me between 9 and 2....I would've had to take a day off to accommodate their schedule. So instead of losing money paying for service that didn't work, but I'm not going to lose a days pay because they watered down the chemicals. So I cancelled the contract and will find a retable company that can service our home.

And I have generally been satisfied. Their folks come on time -- or offer to come early if they're ahead of schedule -- and are always pleasant and efficient. BUT they do one thing that drives me crazy: Instead of contacting the customer to schedule an appointment at a convenient time, their automated scheduler simply informs you that they're coming at X date and time. Because my schedule varies, that almost never works, and I have to waste my time contacting them to reschedule. When I complained about this once, they said, roughly, that they have to do it this way. No they don't. I've never encountered another business that operates this way and it's a constant source of frustration.
