This place is a rip off, if you have anything that's worth money don't bother going here. I came in with some camera gear that I was too lazy to sell online myself hoping that they would offer a decent price. I waited around 45 minutes for their offer and laughed when they showed me their appraisal. I had a new camera lens worth $400 and they offered me $40, them knowing it's worth $400 said "yeah we know it's worth a lot more but we won't be able to sell it". I understand they need to make money, but to offer 10% of an items worth is a joke. In addition to the low ball I noticed they were selling a lot of broken items at such a high price. A broken film camera is not worth $50 like c'mon no one is that dumb. I don't recommend coming to this store with high hopes of getting any deals. read more

Estimated retail value of the Norfolk pine bowl: $75. Estimated value of the woodblock print: $50. Estimated value of the cinnabar vase: $30. Step 2: I fill out a form and leave my phone number. I leave my three items and a knowledgeable, competent person in Eco Town evaluates my three items ...20 minutes later I get a call. "Mr. Val. We are finished with our estimate. You can come back for your free assessment." Step 3: I go back to Eco Town and the estimator make an offer of $5 for the woodblock print; $3.50 for the Norfolk pine bowl and $3.00 for the vase. $11.50 ....CASH!!! The estimator said that I have the option of accepting an Eco Town store credit in the amount of $13.80. When considering the assessment and offer made for my three items, it seems to me that this business will be more like a fence for stolen and shoplifted goods. I cannot see why anyone would sell an unwanted QUALITY item for 5% to 10% of value to Eco Town. A write off or store credit at Goodwill, The Salvation Army or Savers is a better alternative. Good Val Y.: I wish this company well and but you will never see me in this store again. I feel sorry for people that sell their QUALITY items to Eco Town. Brought in my canon T6 camera to sell with filters, travel bag , extra battery and etc... along with the box it came with. They offered $60 lmfao. I wasn't gonna argue or anything I just said I'll pass. Knowing that there's older cameras for $250-500 in their displays and probably not even in shooting conditions is a joke. I love thrift shopping and have scored a good deal when I take the time to look for items that are 50% off. If not they are a bit pricey for a thrift store but I still like to browse. I had a lot of clothes just sitting in my closet...a lot were bought but never used, some gifted and some were too big because I lost weight so I tried selling them here. Majority were new with tags, some very gently used and in like new condition but they didn't accept any except a dress and a mens dress shirt. They offered me $2 for both. You have the option to accept or decline. They said they don't accept jeans (I wish that was stated on their website) and they only accept clothing of good quality. Does that mean just name brand clothing? If so, please state that on your website also. Oh well guess it just wasn't meant to be. read more

I had a pretty good experience bringing my stuff to Eco Town although I can relate to the other reviewers about how they give you very little back for your items. So you can do a walk in and bring your items in but the more stuff you have, the longer it will take to assess. I brought in about 6 big bags of clothes and had a few bags (nothing expensive). I honestly was just going to bring it to the Goodwill but why not make some extra cash if possible. They told me it may take an hour depending on how fast they go through the other customers before me. I didn't have a problem since my bf and I were planning to go to Costco (it's right across from them). I gave them my contact info and they said they would call me when it was ready. It worked out well because by the time my bf and I were done with our shopping, Eco Town had our items appraised. I had no idea how much I would get back and wasn't expecting much since I've been to a few consignment stores before. I will say though I was very surprised with the customer service here and how friendly & helpful they are! Anyway, the lady took about maybe half of my clothes and a couple bags. I looked at how much they priced each item and yes it wasn't much! Some were only .10-.30 cents. The bags were $3 each. Total came out to about $19. Sighhhh. Ok so it's not much but I figured it was better than nothing and saves me the time and work of selling my stuff myself. If you want to get rid of some of your "junk" and don't really care about how much you'll get back then I recommend coming here. They also ask you if you want to give the rest of your unwanted items to the Goodwill.. they will do that for you. Overall I had a pretty good experience here and will be coming back to bring more of my unwanted things (I have a lot more)! It's a hit or miss kind of place! Don't sell your valuables there, not much money offered for my name brand purses and wallets. Not giving it away for free $1-2 no, they are at least worth $50 each. I do however find cheap tank tops, tees, dresses $3-10 not bad just need to check it once in awhile for new things as it changes all the time! Be prepared to find broken and dirty items too. UPDATE: I just left this place because ~5 minutes into browsing the bags at the front of the store, I was asked to leave my PURSE at the counter. I have an authentic LV tote-style purse... It's not even big. But anyhow, I decided to just leave because I did not feel comfortable parting with my $1300.00 LV purse with valuables, even if it is just for a short time. Next time, I'll bring a clutch. --- One of my good friends works at this shop, so I decided to drop in before my Costco haul since they are located right across the parking lot from Costco Iwilei at Dole Cannery. Eco Town is run by the same Japan-based company that owns Book Off. They purchase and sell second-hand merchandise. Eco Town has everything from clothes, purses, toys, electronics, etc... I liked browsing through the collectable figurines (they had a bunch of Pop figurines). Since Eco Town purchases second-hand merchandise rather than only taking donations (like Saver's and Goodwill), they actually inspect products before buying anything for their inventory and all electronics are tested to make sure everything is functioning properly. Of course, prices are not as low as other thrift shop prices... but, quality among merchandise goes a long way. My man ended up purchasing some Pokemon cards that were priced really good. They weren't in mint condition, but they were good enough for his little card collection. I'll be back! read more

From a buyer's perspective, I'd say this place is pretty great. For such a small space, they have a TON of items and it's all clean and in great shape. The first time I went, all I saw was staff reorganizing and cleaning items. I left with a four cube storage shelf for $30 and a $5 cuisinart ice cream maker, a cooking pot, and a $5 personal soft-sided Igloo cooler. Quite the selection of outdoor/camping gear, clothes, musical instruments, household wares and small appliances. I've also purchased a foldable hand truck for $15 and hemmed and hawwed over a $15 small Zojirushi, which ended up being sold to another buyer a few days later. I haven't tried to sell, but I'm glad the reviewers shared their experiences. To one of the reviewer's points, this place is a for-profit enterprise, so I think the indignation about it not serving the greater good is a little misplaced. It's very clearly not a charitable organization. You will pay a premium for the goods, but the fact that everything is very clean and organized makes this a really pleasant shopping experience. read more

This was a surprise to find hidden at Dole Cannery Square. My son wanted to visit for their anime and manga figures but I ended up browsing the rest of the aisles to see what they had. It was impressive the selection of products and all were carefully cleaned, wrapped and sorted into household goods, garage equipment, sporting equipment, DvDs and electronics to name just a few. The clerks were very helpful and polite and the prices were fair. I was stunned to find a brand new D&B Disney handbag for $60. It even had the original Disneyland price tag that showed it was $165. Some of the electronics look dated and I've never spent much time looking at them, but the selection of designer bags is pretty decent. I'm also waiting for the right time to get a guitar for my son. I came here to turn in my old clothe for some cash. Surprisingly they took a lot of my stuff. The only thing is you have to call ahead to see what styles they are accepting. They have used musical instruments and equipment but honestly for what they're asking here, you should just invest in a new one unless you REALLY need that 1973 Moog. I've also heard that they lowball you on the goods you're trying to sell even worse than Book Off which is apparently a different arm of the same company. Not too sure if they do trades here, but I doubt it. I did find a lot of toys here too but their prices are not economically friendly to your wallet. A full used set of Star Wars figures from Disney store retails for $49.99 and Eco Town puts it out for $50. Liiiiiiiiike... *sideeyes* But hey, if you got time to kill and wanna dig through the bargain bins and clothes bins. Or if you're really hunting for that discarded manga or anime plushie from another retail store, go for it! The staff was very friendly and welcoming so that's why they get the extra star. Some of the parking stalls don't have lines, so make sure you don't park in a access lane or anything like that. Eco Town is a new to USA reuse store from Japan. Similar to Book Off, they buy, clean, restore and sell used items. They do have a selection of almost everything you can find at Ross (clothing, household items, jewelry, electronics) but besides being gently used, many items are Japanese, their guitar collection is huge and they also have a "hobby" section that will please most Gundam and Anime fans. They also had a nice selection of Baby-G and other watches. Like most of these places, it's all about the fun of browsing and hunting. If you have time, you'll, probably come across something you like at a good price. They also have some high end purses, wallets and shoes...so it might be good to stop by everytime you to Costco or Home Depot because you just might find something at the right price! Been to Eco town a few times. Bought some pre-owned Jordans priced cheaper than the GOAT app and other cool clothing and figurines. They have a wide range of items from household, clothing, instruments, anime figures, collectibles, camera gear, and designer bags to name a few. Selling at Eco Town: I normally sell on EBay, Poshmark, GOAT app, StockX, etc. I figured I try selling locally at Eco Town. I gathered my LIGHTLY used items, some were NEW, and out of my 31 items I brought they only offered to buy 4 items... No sorry, they Low balled on 4 items ‍. I ended up selling a pair of Jordan's ($15) and 2 sunglasses ($0.50 each). They offered $10 for a $150 ukulele -which I declined. Overall don't expect to make a profit here. STAFF IS COMPLACENT! NO HELP IN HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT! DOES NOT ENFORCE SOCIAL DISTANCING! DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO ENSURE ORDER! This makes me wanna order online and NOT support local business. Horrible check out line. Tons of cashier issues; no one knows how to work the registers. 4 people handling two registers. We had an infant with us and needed to leave. After waiting over ten minutes line and was next, the sales associate allowed an older woman to push past us. I said here is my cash $10 for items that totaled $5. She said it's doesn't like work that way. (What language from an employee! Where was kindness, please and thank you?) I said we have a baby can we go please. Yet the other lady that cut line for a question was more important? How is she getting waited on when she wasn't in line and not practicing social distancing? I am appalled by the level of rudeness and complacency of the staff to allow a woman to push an infant. What happened to social distancing; does it not apply at this store? Why didn't the staff know how to do any part of their jobs? How do they promote and support a hostile woman with a question over a woman just trying to leave with her infant? And much less what about letting people know waiting for so long in line that they still appreciated them...? 04-25-19 Loooong overdue update about eco town. I always bring quality stuff to sell. Once in awhile they don't buy my goods, understandable, they come back home with me. But sometimes I wonder about some of the other "crap" they bought that's for sale. I'm not concerned with the amount they offer me because I could be selling on eBay, Craigslist, Facebook marketplace, etsy, other boards, but I don't because I'm now lazy and don't want to keep track of cross-posted items. Or I could just take it to donation. I deposit the proceeds into the kid's account. Note- alright I've seen in the past, but they said they do not take stuffed animals. They probably will take it if it's Totoro, but any other high priced American stuffie, it's a no. Again, understandable because who wants to buy ukus or bedbugs? Sometimes the wait is fast. If it's busy it takes long, so you might want to browse, check out their annex, go to Costco or check out the uniform and nerd game store down the ways. They will take your name and number, issue you a number. You can even come back another day. As a buyer, not bad. Really, not bad. I find lots of black slacks here for $2.00 at their annex where everything is 50% off! I went there by chance looking for a black muumuu for May Day, found one! It's basically Book-Off for anything other than books. You can find anything here at any given time. Like anywhere else, hit or miss and just come back often for more deals. This place is awesome....kind of like a Goodwill ( not as much worry's of wearing a dead person's clothes) eco has mostly new or lightly used items for a reasonable price. Items such as clothing..collectables..toys..watches..jewelry...electronics..sporting goods etc....and they get new stuff in daily because they buy directly from customers bringing in their stuff. A good place to find rare..unusual as well as decently priced everyday items. I heard there are 800 of these stores in Japan already and this is their first in Hawaii. I'll start off by saying that from a shopper's point of view, this place is good. You can find a decent array of gently used goods that are reasonably priced. I've purchased a handful of unique items from this place. Also, the merchandise as well as the store itself is clean and organized. HOWEVER, from a seller's point of view, this place can be a bit of a joke. I can wholeheartedly agree with other yelpers who've left 1-star reviews after attempting to sell some of their items. Yes, they LOWBALL you for your stuff. As other people have stated in their reviews, it's best to come here as a last resort with the mindset that you won't get too much money back for your items. I'm talking about literal quarters and dimes for your quality goods. If you've tried selling items at Book-Off before, you can expect the same type of lowballing here. Come to think of it, Eco Town and Book-Off have very similar logos, so I wouldn't be surprised if they stemmed from the same parent company. Hmm, lowballing runs in the "family" I guess? I was enticed to write this 1-star review based on my recent visit. The items I brought consisted of a large canvas print, two clothing items, two glass picture frames, a Kate Spade iPhone case, a brand new set of makeup brushes, and last but not least, a gold Michael Kors watch. My items were in like-new condition. The MK watch had minor scratches on the face as well as some fading of the gold on the band but overall, it was still in pretty good and wearable condition. The original box and warranty booklet were included. I have sold items a here a few other times before and left with very modest amounts of money. Based on my previous experiences as a seller, I had a fairly good idea of how much my items would be valued at this time around. Therefore, I was expecting to earn at least $10-$30, relying mostly on the MK watch to help earn me the most dough. My GRAND total came out to... $4.80!!!!! EXCUSE ME, WHAT? It makes me laugh to even type that out. $1.00 for an AUTHENTIC Michael Kors watch valued at originally $200? I understand my watch wasnt in brand-spankin' new condition, but it's a bit ludicrous to be offered even less than $10 for it. That wasn't even the worst part. I was told it would take about 5 minutes to go through my items. I provided my name and phone number and was given a wait number. The 5 minute quote was complete BS because I ended up waiting for over an hour. I figured it was taking so long because there were multiple people who were also getting their things evaluated and that maybe my watch was being authenticated. They're smart enough not to provide a seating/waiting area so unless you choose to step outside, you have no choice but to stay in and shop the store. That being said, I figured I had nothing better to do in the area and I perused the shop, circling around the same aisles and rummaging through the same bins multiple times. I heard many other numbers being called but not once did I hear mine. Keep in mind that they don't have any sort of microphone to call out numbers. Unless you're near the counter, you have to really keep your ears peeled for your number. After almost an hour and a half later and being the only person left in the store, I had no choice but to go up to the associate myself and ask if my number was called. Apparently, it seemed that my items were already evaluated and ready to be appraised. I DID NOT hear my number being called at all. I was not on any phone call that would've distracted me from hearing my number, nor did I wander so far off into the corner of the store that I was beyond earshot of the employees. It's a pretty small store. The least they could have done was call out my number multiple times until I came up. And what's the point of providing my phone number if they weren't going to call me to let me know my items were ready for appraisal? The woman who checked me in passed me MULTIPLE times to put away merchandise, yet she didn't bother to tell me, "Oh hey, you're items are actually ready!". I'm sure the employees saw me walk around the store like an idiot and did not bother to check on me. I'm starting to believe that they forgot about my items and neglected to call out my number altogether. What a waste of my time. All things considered, the ridiculous wait time coupled with the insulting offer of $4.80 for my items is the reason why I'm giving this place one star. I obviously took back my watch and let them keep my other items. So, I spent about an hour and a half at Eco Town and walked away with a whopping $3.80. I was able to sell my watch elsewhere for the nice price of $60. Some final comments I have for this review: · Some employees seem to be a bit negligent. And smug. · If you're selling items, come with low expectations. · The outside of the store smells like a sewage plant. Omg how cool!!! Stumbled across this place while going to Costco. What a bad idea hahaha! There are two sides to this store so make sure you explore both! One side is the regular store where you'll find an assortment of clothing, dishware, decorations and electronics. It varies from regular to high end! It's still ideally a thrift store so the downfall is the size they have is the only size (glaring at Dragonball Z: Cell edition shoes). It's a great place to buy hard to find presents or unique knickknacks! They also have a large amount of lightly used Tori Richard shirts for $25-25. The other side is the 50% discount area!!! This section is mostly plushies, bags, baby clothes and dishware. We got an almost full set of Avon dishware for less than $30! That was definitely the surprise and treasure of the night! Lol. Before I start ranting about this place, be advised that I have been here 3+ times already and I have to say each visit thereafter has been a bit better than the last. Not saying that I think highly of this place, but they do deserve 2 and 1/2 stars...as opposed to my current rating. Unfortunately Yelp doesn't allow half ratings. The mindset you need to have if you choose to come here to sell/donate your items - if you're even considering getting rid of something - DON'T EXPECT MUCH FOR IT. I've learned to accept this mindset and it has helped me greatly in my visits to Eco Town. Yes they buy back your stuff for cheap and re-sell it for a higher price. But that aside, if you hoard a lot of junk and unwanted things like me...it feels great to get RID of things so you can make room for MORE things that you actually use and not just keep in storage collecting dust. First time? You go in and unload all your bags/items at the front and they'll evaluate your things. This process could take a while if you have a lot of stuff. I've been told my wait was going to be 20mins, it ended up being around 45mins. I'd say drop off your stuff and go shopping at Costco or something unless you want to use that time browsing the store. I've looked and tried to shop at Eco Town while waiting and I just can't seem to find myself purchasing anything there. Just knowing that all these items were donated and marked up in price makes me kind of like...meh. I rather buy the same item brand new online or at the original store it came from. First couple of visits I didn't know what they really bought back so I ended up bringing a lot of random items and my cash back was under $10. Since returning.... I noticed a trend in stuff they took from me, like certain brand/quality items would generate more money than others and so I took advantage of that and specifically brought in my unwanted 'nice' clothes, handbags, accessories and electronics. I'm still somewhat upset that they buy back items very low. Some watches and sunglasses I used to wear often and loved were only offered $2-$10. But remember my mindset? I just think about how I'm not going to be using these items anymore and it's nice to get whatever cash I can back from them.... I ended up getting $42 for 3 bags of unwanted items during my most recent visit here so that wasn't too bad. I plan on coming back to try to get more cash back for my things. I just can't stand the waiting sometimes, so I try to go at non-busy times but it seems that they are always busy...especially with their location being near Costco. read more

I am frustrated with the treatment of Eco Town staff!! They treated me as if I was a criminal trying to do an illegal busines. And all of thar, because my ID expired and I explained the reason why that happened and offered an additional government ID, which was valid. Nope, nothing was accepted. They kept on saying they could not accept the expired ID. Rigid, bad treatment of a custumor over a possible $10 dollar transaction for selling old clothing!! So if covid is good excuse for all kinds of bs why was not accepted as a reason why my id was not renewed? Do not buy athletic shoes from this store. I purchased a pair of shoes and the second time my son wore them they completely fell apart and all he was found was walking in them. The soles ripped from the uppers and the treads fell off. It was a complete waste of money and they did not offer to do anything other than check shoes better in the future. Nickels and dimes--in the most literal sense. Spring cleaning bestowed upon us two IKEA "FRAKTA" shopping totes filled with an assortment of kitchenware, clothes, shoes, and toys--just to name a few. Considering the volume and variety of items we had, a garage sale would have been ideal, but we decided on the latter. In hindsight, we would've certainly yielded more money, but who wants strangers coming to your home. Wait time for assessment varies, which is expected; although they do callback should you decide to leave. There is a 3-day period that if you don't return by then, you forfeit your drop offs. It's safe to assume that with their overhead and profit margins, it would only allow them to purchase at less than 10% their selling costs. The only positive(s), the staff was friendly and cordial, and we got paid (much less than anticipated) for the items that had cluttered our home. Their service also helps to expedite the selling process; get paid without having the message/email correspondence with a buyer. Q: Would we return back to sell our items? A: Highly unlikely. Very clean and lots of nice name brand items to shop from. However, that does mean higher prices compared to other thrift and probably other consignment shops (at least the ones I've been to in Hawaii). I'm not sure if they still have this, but around the corner, they have a second location for extra discounted merchandise. I would just go there if you prefer scavenging for deals and that prized thrifted find. However it's nice that they have things besides clothes that are in great condition. Just found out about this place. Kinda good idea, but they seem to waste their money and space on JUNK! Some things I look at, I wonder "Why would you buy this?". But I overheard the worker telling a seller something about buying a box of stuff for $10, which means they buy the good and junk for $10 and sell it all. So then I understand. Some stuff is reasonably priced. If you look, you can find some decent clothes cheaper than the thrift stores! I understand that they have to pay their employees and rent, but they need to make things cheaper to get a better turnover rate. I see more stuff coming in than going out. The high end stuff is over priced...like eBay prices!! My experience is similar to Val Y.'s experience (see his review). So I took a BRAND NEW IN BOX Sony stereo equipment to see if they would buy it. Online, brand new, it sells for $299. So I thought I'd get a decent price. Lucky if I would get $100, and I'd accept as low as $40. When they called my number, they were going to give me...get this $6!!! Yes...SIX DOLLARS for a brand stankin' new item!! I ended up taking it home. I couldn't believe it! I ended up donating my Sony item since it was tax deductible. They low ball so bad, it's kinda insulting. Hahaha!! Don't get me wrong, if you need cash and don't care, just take your stuff there. I have bought a few things there, but I wait until they start lowering the price. Example: there is a Le Creuset dutch oven #27, and they're asking $200, while brand new is $350. When I opened the dutch oven, the inside was discolored since it was used. I took in six bags and was pleasantly surprised that they took four of them! They took all of the non-clothes items. It felt so good to get rid of the stuff, even though I didn't make much money per item, although I almost made $40 total. I definitely would have made more if I tried to sell things individually, but it was worth it to me to save time but at least make a little cash instead of just donating. The staff were extremely courteous. I like how well organized and clean the store is, it's way better than shopping at Goodwill or Salvation Army. I am surprised at how much designer clothing and accessories they have (Kate Spade, Calvin Klein, BCBG, Michael Kors). read more

Hailing from Japan, Eco Town is a secondhand store that offers a huge selection of products meant for a second (third or fourth) life. Selection changes as inventory is added, but often times include brand name clothing, shoes and accessories for women men and children, sports gear, outdoor gear, music and tech gadgets, fine jewelry, and assorted home wear; including dishes, cook wear and storage wear. All of which are in new or gently used condition. They pay cash for item brought in, but seller beware, be prepared to be lowwwww balled in offer. For a very gently used pair of women's Ferragamo pumps, they offered $9. $9! For most clothing items, tops bottoms etc normally $2, $3 if you're lucky. Personally, if you're looking to make a quick buck for your secondhand item, better off listing on Craigslist. If you're doing some closet cleaning and happen to find some goodies, considering bringing them here before Goodwill or another donation site. read more

They got nice stuff to buy. Nice variety and mostly in good condition. But if you're bringing stuff in to sell BEWARE they will give REALLY LOW BALL offers. My assumption is they'll offer you anywhere from 5-20% to what they'll resale it for. I brought in a couple ceramic bowls (brand new, still in the box) and they offered $1 each. Also brought in a Local Motion hat (brand new) and was offered $2.40. My wife brought in a couple tops and a couple shell necklaces with faux pearls all brand new. They offered her 60 cents for each item. I guarantee they'd sell all of that for a minimum of $5-10 each. If you're looking to unload and don't care what they offer then this is your spot. But if you're looking for decent offers you should go elsewhere. read more

don't even waste your time attempting to go here. truly & honestly the most disappointing 'thrift' or secondhand experience i've ever had. the prices are basically triple what they should be. i have actually purchased a couple items they have in there from their original store target, and they've marked up the original price three times over. it just doesn't make any sense, and the variety isn't great either. it's mainly figurine dolls, and instruments. the place was difficult to find via gps navigation, it took me to a parking deck so on top of the awful shopping...i had to pay $6 to be disappointed... I've found some pretty cool reyn spooner shirts here and a pair of gyakosu runners, which are pretty rare. I haven't tried to sell anything here, and that seems to be where more of the negative reviews are coming from, which is pretty understandable, though I can't personally relate. read more

My first time selling items here. Located at the Dole Cannery Iwilei closer to Costco parking area. There are a few parking stalls reserved for sellers who need to unload their items. Door is kept locked, knock and staff will let you in. Hand sanitizers are readily available at the door. You bring in your items, they check your ID and have you sign a consent to sell. You are issued a number, that they call when they are done appraising your items. I waited about 30 minutes. Browsed around the store. They have a lot of used items from golf clubs to speakers to clothing. It reminds me of Savers. I noticed items that were very used and priced high. When the worker was done appraising my items she presented to me the amount on a iPad. So they were gonna purchase a few clothing items at .10 a piece. Yes .10 a piece. I did have clothing that were in great condition and quality brands. So if you are about making a few dollars with your used items maybe best to post on Craigslist or sell at the swap meet and make more than what this place offers. read more

This store is located at Dole cannery across from Costco Iwilei. There is plenty of parking. I came to this store for the first time based on a friends suggestion to visit n try out the store. My friend n I brought some clothes to the store to try to sell, all on hangers n in good condition! We walked in store n approached the counter n asked someone working if they could buy our clothes! The associate told me they would need about 20-30mins to appraise the items n assess if they want to buy anything n if so for how much. So, we left my name n phone number at the counter and decided to walk around the store n see what they have. The store is fairly small but it offers a variety of different items! I saw a shelf with sports equipment like tennis rackets, baseball bats, gloves, baseball's, etc. As I continue to walk around I see: an entire row of antiques, vases, porcelain items, figurines; I also see a corner absolutely pilled up with golf clubs for sale. Around the corner, I see an entire row of jus dishes n glassware; plenty to look thru n choose from. As I walk around, come upon: row of electronics, video game systems, cameras, laptops, iPad, phones + charging cords+ accessories. As i continue browsing thru the store i see: dvds, plenty guitars, plenty of handbags/purses (including some designer brand names), an entire section dedicated to shoes/heels!!! I also, walk around n see rows of clothing for sale including men's (board shorts, dress shirts, aloha shirts,etc.) n women's clothing (assortment/selection varies (tops, dresses, blouses, etc.). I did see small Halloween area as well, with limited selection that my friend she was looking thru for costume ideas (Halloween approaching). After the associates at the counter finish appraising our items we brought in, they announce a number to let us know they are rdy for us. The associate told us they buy clothes ranging from $.10 cents- $.50 cents. The associate offered to buy plenty of our clothes items (some brand new with tags) all on hangers for avg price of $.30 cents... I had brought a wide assortment of primarily womens clothes including brand new women's shorts, couple mens items (dress shirts n aloha shirts), dresses, tops, sweaters, blouses, shorts, jeans, skirts, t-shirts, baby clothes, etc. My friend, she was really offended n grabbed her items n left. She was offended n disappointed bc they were offering so low value on clothes items which all were in good condition n some brand new items with tags all items on hangers. N then they sell it for a really huge markup. I decided to grab 1-2 items back, while selling rest of items for cash. They offer you 2 options: either cash back or store credit which they offer you more value. I took cash. I left the store with some cash, but I did understand how my friend felt knowing that my items I sold where worth a lot more then I sold it for!!! :( read more
