The tour was roughly two hours long. We got to stop and relax for a bit in some crystal clear waters. They even provide a mini bottle of water and fruit cup for everyone. The bikes are comfortable and easy to ride and navigate. It is not too stressful or overwhelming exercise. We had a group of about 5 in total that was out on the water with us. Wear a butt load or sunscreen, you will definitely need it. The tour guides also take pictures of you and air drop them at the end of the ride. So much fun, a must do when visiting Puerto Rico!

We first signed up for the 2 hour kayaking/snorkeling excursion. Got to the beach 15 minutes early as requested and were introduced to our guide Seth, given a bin to stow our backpacks, then given a long sleeve SPF 50 shirt and bottles of cold water. Seth took a little time explaining where we'd be headed and what to expect then we were off! The water was calm and clear and Seth guided us over to Steps beach which is a primo snorkeling site. Hanging with Seth for a couple hours was like having a friend take you along on what he loves to do best - explore the incredible underwater world. He pointed out various species of fish and took really cool videos which he later shared with us. His priority at all times was that we were safe in and on the water and that we were having fun! We were so happily impressed we came back to give paddle boarding a try...once again Seth gave us a helpful tutorial and kept an eye on us while we paddled about. Do yourself a favor and check this place out - you'll be so glad you did!

The Can-Am experience was absolutely amazing -- 10/10 and one of the highlights of our trip! Gabriela was our tour guide and she had such a vibrant, fun personality. The tour was about 2 hours long and she took us all throughout Viejo San Juan with tons of photo opportunities along the way. She was extremely knowledgeable about the history and the area, and it was such a great way to experience Old San Juan without having to walk everywhere in the heat. We truly got to see and experience so much. Felix and Gabriela were both amazing and made the experience memorable for us. Unfortunately, we did not get to experience the jet ski portion. We had reserved it the day before, but while we were having a beach day my husband had opened his first beer as we approached the jet ski tent, so they would not allow him to drive. We asked if waiting a few hours would make it okay, but it was a definite no. While we completely understand and respect the safety policy and why it exists, I do think a larger or clearer sign ahead of time would be helpful for guests to know there is absolutely no drinking beforehand. Since it was literally his first beer and the staff heard it open as we walked up, I do feel the jet ski team could have been a little more willing to work with us and a bit friendlier in their approach. Overall though, the Can-Am tour was incredible and absolutely worth booking!

It's an easy way to spend a day in the sun without breaking the bank. The only hiccup was during check-in. I was told to head to the back for the "dos and don'ts" of snorkeling, but when I found the staff member, he just said, "yeah, you snorkel on the other side of the bay," and pointed behind him. No safety rundown, no directions, nothing. I ended up going back inside, and thankfully another staff member stepped in and got me set up properly. Once I was out in the water, though, it was beautiful -- calm, clear, and full of marine life. Overall, a great experience with just a small bump in the beginning. I'd definitely return.

They ask that you arrive about 15 minutes early, and when we got there, most of the staff greeted us inside the storefront before directing us out back to the kayaking area. For belongings, they give you two options: you can pay $5 for a locker with a key, or you can leave your things in the storage bins out back where someone is always present. I wasn't completely comfortable with the bins, but the staff reassured me that nothing had ever happened to guests' belongings. I decided to take the chance, left my bag there with cash inside, and thankfully, everything was safe and untouched when we returned. Our instructor was Kyler and he was amazing. He was patient, informative, and honestly did most of the work steering our kayak since my daughter kept getting frustrated and turning us in the wrong direction. Kyler shared a lot of history about the Condado Lagoon, pointing out landmarks, statues, and explaining the local marine life--what's there, what isn't, and why motorboats aren't allowed. The way back was more challenging because of the wind, so this time it was up to us to paddle. I ended up doing most of it (patting myself on the back here), and by the time we finished, I was completely soaked from the back--no idea how that happened, but it was all part of the adventure. We wrapped up after about an hour, grabbed our belongings, and everything was still there. Overall, it was such a fun and memorable experience for both my daughter and I.

Overall horrible experience from the car to the customer service from the manager. When we first…read moregot in the car the speakers for the McLaren jet car didn't work at all. Then when we went out on the water with the guide. We were in the first car behind the guide. Our car could barely keep up with the guide on the jetski. 10 minutes into the experience the guide stopped us and had the car behind us pass us because we couldn't keep up with the guide. So then the guide and the Bugatti Jet Car took off to the point to where we couldn't even see them anymore. And mind you this is a GUIDED tour so we were left alone in the middle of the bay with no guide to lead us to where we needed to go. And mind you, they tell you to stay within 30 yards of each car.We complained to the manager to see if he could do anything to accommodate us and he proceeded to say he couldn't do anything unless another person complained. He kept talking in circles and saying someone must of unlocked one of the cars to make it go faster. Then even after showing him these videos, he still said there's nothing he can do unless someone cancels then we could maybe get another spot. But we would have to put down another $150 deposit if we wanted to go that route. I asked if he could refund us half of the money we spent and he said he couldn't do that. I would be a happy customer if he was more genuine but he wasn't interested in doing anything to accommodate us without interrupting plans that we already have paid for. Overall I wanted to have a good experience but that was not the case, I would avoid doing business with this business because if anything goes wrong, they won't do much to make up for it.
