Awesome dive with very professional crew and equipment. Would highly recommend! Reef was in nice shape and boat was easy to enter from and exit. The crew was fun and helpful. A total must do when in PR!

Had a great afternoon and evening on our snorkeling, sunset and bioluminescent sailing. The staff were very kind and very informative with the bioluminescent explanation. A beautiful afternoon and evening.

This dive shop is located on the southwest side of the island. i was staying in the San Juan area which made for a lengthy drive in the early morning in order to catch the boat on time. Doable, but I wouldn't recommend it...instead, find a local hotel or rental in La Parguera. Rates are better than in SJ. Definitely a first class dive outfit. All of the staff I interacted with were true professional. The equipment I rented from them was in good shape too. Their dive boat us just a short walk from their shop. They provide complimentary water, soda, and beer on the boat. Lastly, they also had the best prices I found. We dove Blackwall and Ocho de Mayo. Both sites were full of life and visibility was at least 80 feet if not more. I was told the hotel dive site in San Juan wasn't very good and the area was limited in size. So I'm glad decided on these guys. I'd definitely dive with these guys again!

I can see why they consistently receive 5 ! As a newly minted certified open water diver booked a one tank reef tour. The instructors Edu, Sara, Megan and Boat Capt Ángel were absolutely a top notch team. Spent about 45 min visiting the amazing reef wall and got some much needed extra instruction from head instructor Edu. Not only was it fun and entertaining, but also helped me improve some of my diving techniques. Plan to visit them again real soon.

We had the best time. Everyone was amazing, the combo tour was so much fun. Recommend 10000%.

Great shop to dive with, really personable staff. They did a great job of briefing us on the marine life in the area and preparing us for the dive. Fun group that really seemed to enjoy interacting with their customers.

Took my 3 grandchildren ages 5, 7 & 10 on the snorkel/bio bay tour and they absolutely loved it! The staff was terrific with them. They took them around the reef and dove down to bring things to show them. My granddaughter loved the sea cucumber! Then we had a nice dinner back at the dock before we headed out to the bio bay. The staff gave a really good explanation to them about how the bio bay works. They're still talking about swimming with sparkles. Thank you all!

Worst boat dive trip ever in 33 years of diving. In summary, poor equipment, poor maintenance of…read morethe boat and facilities, poor communication and poor attention to the divers. Before arriving I asked if they had wet suits with the equipment rental and was told they did. But they had a ragged and ripped collection and none that fit me well. I took one but went without and it was not too cold. Seven divers on the boat, it is full. Three guys have been coming there on vacation for five years so it works for them. There was a young couple on their first boat dive for the lady, me and my wife. On the way out the boat engine died. The divemaster's assistant captain, the only crew, went below and in a few minutes got it running but it died again and he kept it limping along until we got to a spot we could dive the wall; not the planned location, but supposed to be good. The three guys take off by themselves. Divemaster (DM) puts the young lady in the water first. I had told them that my BC fill valve was leaking air into the BC. They examined it and told me it was OK. When I was putting it on I finally convinced them that I had an equipment problem because it was blown up tight as a drum and they changed the BC. So I am last in, followed by the DM. The young lady is panicking on the surface in the three-foot seas, and the guy is getting seasick. I had asked for more weight than they gave me. DM orders us down immediately, no time for buoyancy check. Depth is 45 feet but the down line is only 15 feet. Both my wife and I are under weighted. She starts kicking down head first to get depth but starts going off too far with no line to follow. I am struggling to get down too. Visibility is not good. Everybody is separated. DM catches up with my wife, grabs her arm hard and swims away; no clear communication. We all surface and the DM starts yelling at my wife; never even asked if she was OK. Young lady goes back on the boat and we kick back to the boat against the current, get a little more weight and try again. By this time we are all tired and upset. I am still under weighted, expending a lot of energy staying down and breathing rapidly. The dive is aborted, which was probably best at that point. Meanwhile help has come to fix the engine, which had a clogged fuel filter and air in the fuel lines. The hatch in the middle of the deck is open and they are working on it. They get it fixed and the young couple escapes in the rescue boat. We went to another shallower spot and with all the equipment problems fixed, and had a nice dive. But DM takes us to the safety stop with 1000 pounds of air after 40 minutes (he said) at max depth of 60'. I am back on the boat with 900 pounds and my wife has 1200. After the aborted first dive we really could have used more bottom time. And the three guys who did the deep dive are still down there hanging out. Back at the dock (which you drive to from the shop) there are no bathrooms (none on the boat either) and we go back to the shop to use the bathroom and shower. The shower head there hardly works either and the toilet is disgusting. There is no soap or paper towels at the sink. Nobody there even asks how it went. The people there are only interested in selling T-shirts. It's not a real well-stocked dive shop. I'm leaving things out so this does not become too long. But I must say that just down the street is another dive shop, well stocked, clean bathroom, much nicer boat (with a head) and we will try them next time.

We contacted them well in advance to schedule a dive and spoke with the owner several times by phone. We even stopped by the shop to get fitted for our gear and provide our sizes. The staff in the store was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and we appreciated the time they took to assist us. After weather affected the original plans, the owner explained the situation and told us he would contact us to reschedule. Unfortunately, we never received a follow-up call or text, despite waiting to hear back. We completely understand that weather is beyond anyone's control and that it was a busy week, but a simple message letting us know the status or that they couldn't accommodate us would have been greatly appreciated. Good communication is especially important for visitors who have a limited time to enjoy their vacation. We were genuinely looking forward to diving with Blue Water Scuba, which makes the lack of follow-up even more disappointing. We hope they can improve their communication and follow-up process because the staff we met in person made a great first impression.

The crew was quiet, offering little to no information about the mangroves or surrounding islands, we had to keep asking questions just to learn anything. The boat itself was in need of maintenance, with exposed, cracked cushions showing wear from the sea and sun. To our surprise, snorkeling gear came at an extra charge upon check-in, despite the website advertising it as part of the price. To top it off, there was no music on the boat, making the experience feel dull and uninspired. As for the snorkeling, the spot we were dropped at had barely any coral reefs or fish. When we asked about it, we were told that if we swam further, we'd find artificial reefs, not exactly what we were looking for. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that didn't live up to expectations.

We were warmly greeted and walked through the evening plans. Our captain was attentive and very knowledgeable of the area, sharing information about the fish and land around us. We were docked in a sand bar and allowed to get out and swim with tarpon fish! That was incredible. Our family snorkeled and swam and watched the sun set beautifully on the west coast. As we traveled to the bay after the darkness fell, we were offered life jackets and pool noodles to float in the dark bay. Our captain explained what we were seeing and why it happens there. Our best view was under the hull of the boat. Having adult children they were very impressed by this phenomenon. I highly recommend bringing extra towels and dry clothes, especially if you are eating post boat ride.
