It was one of the first things I planned to replace. But after one cleaning, CCG completely brought it back to life and it looks brand new. I have two big dogs, so I have them come about every nine months and they consistently do the wall-to-wall carpet in my basement and the stairs up to the first floor as well as my couch. And the couch is done cushion by cushion and pillow by pillow. Both the carpet and the couch always look brand new after they leave. Sporadically, I have also hired them to clean other pieces of furniture that I don't use that often - to an amazing end. And recently, they started doing my custom runner up the stairs from my first to second floor. I was a little nervous about it at first as it has custom canvas trim - but again - looks fabulous. There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING. So I called a left a voicemail, no return call, I sent Diego a email at his ecoclean address, NOTHING. When the guy arrived, he discussed what he would be doing, then told me the price was $500. I eventually ended up paying $250 (which I'm still not sure why) #2: Machine explodes in my house. The guy calls downstairs and says "I'm not sure if I'm going crazy, but is it smokey in here?" As the entire room is covered in smoke. This led to black soot all over my living room, which I had to have professionally cleaned as a result. #3: Since the job was half done and the machine broke (which I was very understanding about) the guy said he would bring the remaining cushions and seats with him and bring them back first thing the next morning. He did not, and we went the entire weekend without a couch (the first weekend I hosted my Boss over-great impression) #4: After reaching out multiple times to figure out if my couch was stolen, I finally get a message 4 days later saying they will be dropping the couch off. Also that the GM would call me to apologize (it's been over 6 days, and I've followed up multiple times to no avail) #5: The guy finally comes to drop off the cushions, and literally left them outside in plastic bags.
