Then, days later, I receive a voicemail (always at EOD so I have no time to call back before they close) from Borbas about not knowing which of my meds they need to ship. Either they are incompetent and can't read the script I SAW my doctor send over that included all the specifications, or they are deliberately wasting my time so they have an excuse for their own delay. I leave a voicemail, never hear back, so call back a third time and give them the specifications, again, for what I need. That was three days ago now. I called today to ask for an update and apparently they have no idea what's going on with my order. This is unacceptable. These are my DIABETIC supplies that I rely on to survive. I cannot emphasize enough the physical and emotional pain that not having my supplies causes, and the stress that this level of incompetence has on me. In addition, two wheels required repair. After the visit, the wheelchair continued to malfunction and eventually stopped working. I contacted the company for two weeks daily, requesting a follow-up visit. During this time, my calls were not returned, and no appointment was scheduled. This company serves individuals who depend on medical equipment for mobility and daily living. The lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and adequate service is unacceptable.
