I had water damage to my property in Feb 2019 and my plumber put me in touch with Eco Dry Restoration for the water mitigation and subsequently with Eco Dry Reconstruction for the rebuild. The demolition and dry-out was outstanding. The Restoration/mitigation team was spot on. My experience with the Reconstruction/rebuild team, however, was abominable. Much like a few other reviews, my project moved ridiculously slowly from day one. I had to hound Eco Dry just to get a project manager assigned, and I was the one to call the PM to get him to look at my file after the normal two days went by with no word. He blew off my complaint about his lateness with a "you're just one of 40 projects on my plate right now" comment. As a client, I don't give a flying F about other projects. That's not my problem. Do your job as a PM. That was just my first complaint. I'm not unreasonable, but the Eco Dry team did the worst job I've ever seen about managing expectations and communicating timelines. It took them A MONTH AND A HALF to just rebuild drywall. Their subcontractors were no-show after no-show to simply measure and estimate materials. The PM pulled in "a guy that he knew" for painting, who said he would need 2 weeks to paint my house because he only works alone and is a perfectionist, and I had to rag on the PM for WEEKS just to get a crappy Word document "bid" for the paint estimate to see how he arrived at his cost. So after they finished the drywall and let me languish without baseboards, vanity, or painting, I cancelled my contract with them. In the contract, there is a cancellation fee clause with a $500 fee if the work performed was less than $500. My drywall repair cost about $4k and you know what? They STILL tried to charge me the cancellation fee. I called them on it and they sent me a refund, but dollars to donuts they've done it to other people. I would honestly rather deal with the headache of scheduling all contract work myself than ever work with Eco Dry Reconstruction again. NEVER again. I STRONGLY discourage anyone from using this shady, shoddy, shitty company. After I had formalized my cancellation, my insurance adjuster admitted that every time he dealt with clients who used Eco Dry, they had the same complaints: poor management, poor oversight, poor communication, poor timing, poor quality. My replacement Nexus contractor also confessed that he has had to clean up after Eco Dry on a number of reconstruction projects. Maybe they're blowing smoke up my ass and commiserating, but I believed both of them. This was the ENTIRE invoice the PM sent me in another crappy document: Drywall, Carpet, added drywall in garage, overhead and profit $4,276.35 Cancelation fee $500.00 Total $4,7,76.35 That's it. No breakdown, no details, an unethical cancellation fee, and typos galore. I am the most outraged and unsatisfied with this customer experience that I have ever been in my life. read more

Pete Roberts to the rescue! I had the unfortunate luck to have a water leak which damaged two upstairs bedrooms and a bath then found its way through the ceiling to a downstairs library. Pete was at my house instantly to evaluate the damage and he had a crew removing dry wall and the ceiling the same day. Since it was a fairly large job (my walls were down to studs), it was wonderful to have the work areas cleaned up at the end of each day. Even though I live in Central Phoenix, Pete came by the house to evaluate the progress and ask if there were any changes I wanted made. My entire wood flooring had to be replaced and Pete took the time to find flooring that would be the same height of an existing wood inlay. My floor turned out spectacular. I really appreciated his desire in wanting me to be satisfied and his suggestions regarding the "remodeling". His knowledge of current styles and trends was very helpful. Pete had a lot of patience. I needed new bathroom tile, carpeting, and a granite countertop. He brought by numerous samples till I found the ones I wanted. Pete selected Gabe Ramirez of Restored Remodeling to rebuild the library bookcases and a small bar area with storage cabinets. The work was fantastic. The gentleman Pete selected for the granite did a marvelous job. The subcontractors which Pete selected were terrific. Again, my house was perfectly spotless at the end of each day which was great since I didn't want to move out for a month; they were gracious enough to work around me. Talk about nice people to work with, they're tops! They even offered to bring me lunch when they went out. Everyone was very professional, courteous and respectful. My home turned out wonderful. If I ever have a problem in the future, I wouldn't consider using anyone other than Pete. Everyone who comes to my home comments on the quality of the work and how beautiful it turned out. (Pete and his crews were so pleasant to be around, I was sorry to have them finish.) Pete still calls every so often to see if anything needs to be modified and to see how I'm doing with the insurance company regarding damaged electronics and furniture His advice regarding how to deal with the insurance company was invaluable and an added bonus. When my hot water heater died and left some damage in its wake, Anytime Home Services had hooked me up with EcoDry Reconstruction to repair the damage. I was so impressed with both the demeanor and efficiency of everyone who came out to do their part. When I met my Project Manager, John Grotte, I knew in an instant that I was in the best possible hands. I can't say enough about how wonderful this man is. Everything he promised was done in the most timely and efficient manner. At such a stressful time for me, John was calm and focused and guided me through every part of the process. He's accessible, a true gentleman, and a GREAT asset to this company. Don't hesitate to request him if you work with EcoDry, because you won't find anyone better to work with. Eco Dry Reconstruction was the company a friend of mine used for a flood that damaged 5 rooms of her two story home. The extent of the damage was major. What a mess i must give kudos to Eco Dry, they did a wonderful job in restoring the rooms and Pete Roberts, who was in charge of this project, made sure that it was done properly. The many timez I was there during the reconstruction, i found him to be knowledgeable, courteous, and caring for any concerns my friend had during the process. he was meticulous in overseeing any work done and if there was a mistake it was corrected. it was nice to see a contractor who cares. Eco Dry Reconstruction was a breath of fresh air after working with Adam's Restoration on a previous water leak in our kitchen. Ryan at Eco Dry went above and beyond in customer service, even fixing a couple things that Adam's never came back to fix, even though the kitchen wasn't their scheduled job. He communicated well and always followed through. All the workers were timely and friendly and did excellent work. We are very happy with our restored/remodeled bathroom. Garbage disposal was leaking bad and Rotted out the wood underneath the sink. We needed someone to look at it right away and Roland came over early to look at the damage. The next day Roland and his crew Patrick, Joe, and Mike were on it professional and talk about being a team, they own the word teamwork! This was the weekend and no one else could make it out. These guys are just plain amazing! Our water heater failed and fell through my sons bedroom wall. I had someone out within the hour, and team of guys out shortly after that to remove all the water damaged material.
