My family has been bringing cars there since the mid 1990s. We had been happy with them with little things, but recently, we took our car there and it was damaged while in their service. The hood was dented and it looked as though it had been hit on the inside by tools. We brought our car back and mentioned our concern, but they said it appeared someone had tried to break into it, and that is how it sustained damage. There were no signs on damage in the region that would indicate it had been pried open. My husband is a mechanic and tried to reason with them, but they wouldn't budge. They have now lost our business after decades. Customer service has gone way down hill and I would strongly advise to avoid this shop. read more

I don't usually write reviews but thought it was necessary. I used to recommend this place to everyone and have taken multiple cars there over the years but recently went in for my 3rd oil change in my Audi and suddenly my vehicle takes an extra quart of oil and it went from around $90 to $118 for a basic synthetic oil change. I kindly asked and he was rude and told me the price of oil went up and I was wrong despite having itemized receipts from the other oil changes with one less quart. It's not about the money but moving forward I won't be trusting them with my vehicles. read more

i recently purchased a new used car and i noticed that there was a noticeable vibration between 55mph - 60mph. i had multiple shops try and fix the issue, with everything from multiple wheel balances, alignments, to even changing a bent rim, and yet no one could find the issue. i brought it to m & m and they found the problem within a few minutes, and charged me much less than any of the other shops. professional, honest, and reasonably priced. m & m will be my first stop next time! read more

Initially I went into m&m automotives for a simple wheel alignment after I hit a curb at 10 mph which pushed in my front drivers side tire inwards. As I was waiting, Paul and his mechanic came to me and listed multiple issues such as a bent upper+lower control arm, steering knuckle, and many other things then said the total would be around $1500-2000 in work. However, when the mechanic brought me to look at the "damages" I noticed that nothing was bent and everything looked perfectly fine. Regardless, the mechanic stressed to me that he "believed" these parts were bent and damaged so he wanted to start with replacing the lower control arm. But at this point, I figured they were trying to scam me so I asked them to take my vehicle off the rack. I later went to TGK automotives and told them what happened. Upon TGK automotives checking my vehicle, they told me my alignment was really out of sorts and that all they had to do was a wheel alignment. TGK automotives charged me $169 to fix my issue, while meanwhile m&m automotives tried to scam me out of $1500-2000 dollars when I'm a college student. FYI, don't believe whatever m&m automotives tells you what's wrong with your vehicle. Make sure you are certain for yourself before anything. read more

After a bad experience at another mechanic, I called M&M auto to get a price quote. They charged me HALF of what the other place was going to charge me. They also picked up a part for me since the courier service wasn't available, got me in right away, and got the job done in 45 min. I will definitely go back! read more

We brought our minivan in because the engine was never warming up. M&M diagnosed it to a very minor problem that was easily corrected. We were very happy to pick up the vehicle and pay the bill, because we are sure other garages in the area would have invented work. It has worked fine in the couple months since. Let's face it.....no one likes car repairs. And knowing who you can take your car to and trust, can be excruciatingly difficult. We recently took our vehicle to M&M, upon the recommendation of someone, for some costly repairs. We were very happy with the service we received. Every car in my immediate family has been serviced at M&M Automotive at some point or another over the past 15 years, and regardless of other automotive shops I try (whether it be the result of a coupon/discount or recommendation from a friend) I keep coming back to M&M. The pricing is a bit higher than a lot of other shops, but they don't pressure you to have work done that you don't need and they are good about explaining what you do need, how soon, and why. My dad is pretty handy with cars, and I've been through quite a few of them, so I've become familiar with a lot of the song and dance performed at larger shops (i.e. Tires Plus! never again). If I can have the work done at home, or find a deal for a cheaper oil change, I will...but if I run into an issue, I will always go to M&M first whenever I can, and I always recommend M&M to friends with confidence. read more
